you will not regret ever staying at the standard! Carmen greeted us all the spa and gave us the TOP of the line service, she was incredible at explaining everything. my husband is now a coed spa lover! we will be back! I will say Carmen made us both feel comfortable and walk us through the spa experience. We had the best time in the scrub room, and took a bath the next morning. it was MAGICAL and the exact connection we needed as Working Parents who needed a break. Our only regret was not stay longer, but this will be one that we go back to again! Ask for Carmen when you go to the spa! she also booked a reflexology massage for me, and it was exactly what my body needed. we ate on property the first night with Chad as our server, we had such great service we decided on dinner there for the next night too, and requested Chad…. he had a whole experience for us, totally different drinks/food….. so it was incredible!! the pool service was great! Aueria was our bartender and was super cool and friendly! she had great drinks and local spots to go to. The whole experience was magical, and while we wished we stayed longer, and we will next time, we also had a great time connecting with eachother again, and came home with a great new and revived energy!…

I recently had the privilege of receiving a massage from a truly gifted masseuse. From the moment I walked into the room, I was struck by his professionalism and calming demeanor. He made me feel at ease immediately and asked detailed questions about any specific areas that I wanted him to focus on. As he began the massage, I was amazed by the strength and technique in his hands. He seemed to know exactly where to apply pressure and worked out any knots and tension I had been carrying. His touch was truly magical and I found myself completely relaxed and rejuvenated. What really sets this masseuse apart, however, is his passion for his craft. He genuinely cares about each and every one of his clients and it shows in the quality of his work. He took the time to explain the benefits of certain techniques and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. I cannot recommend this masseuse enough. If you're looking for a truly outstanding massage experience, look no further. He has a gift that is truly rare and I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to experience it. I just arrived from the cold in NY. I immediately went to the standard and relaxed at the spa for six hours, reading, meditating. The staff is incredibly helpful. I feel all of the members are like-minded, we all were truly enjoying the experience together. At the end of the evening, I then had a massage by Gustavo. I have been experiencing pain in certain areas of my body and he intuitively read what I needed with care. This is one of my Miami favorites and wish we had one in NY.

I have many great memories of staying at the Standard in South Beach. Current trip however is a complete fiasco. Several of our rooms have lost all running water the last day— no toilet, no shower, no drinking water. Management has made zero effort to secure other rooms, communicate updates, or provide bottled drinking water. Naturally we are being expected to pay full price, with perhaps a “credit” towards a future spa treatment. At this point we’d settle for a bucket and soap. Don’t risk your Miami vacation/friend’s wedding by choosing the Standard.

Had the most relaxing spa day and got an amazing 60 minute massage by Max. Max was professional and attentive— overall unbelievable massage experience. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive as well. The spa area was always clean and the amenities are top notch! Would highly recommend!

For my birthday, my friend bought me a hurts so good massage from the SPA, and I had a fantastic time. The spa amenities were amazing, clean, and I felt like I could spend all day there. It was time for my Hurts So Good Massage and Jacob came to introduce himself and tell me about my service. He was very thoughtful, listened to what I needed and was so professional the entire time. Afterwards, he gave me a closer look at the amenities in the spa and how he recommended using them. Not only did I have a great massage, I also learned a bit more!! Thank you again!!

I had the best massage of my life with Jacqueline T. I was having extreme neck and thoracic pain. She did deep tissue release therapy and I walked out feeling like a new person. My pain was gone. I def recommend getting a massage from Jacqueline T. You won't regret it.
