We spent there three nights. The apartments have everything, they are modern, clean, and beautiful. They have everything you need to make your stay comfortable -beach towels, wonderful kitchen, nice bathroom, etc. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location, on Collins Ave, is great. We rented a car and had a garage for free only one block from...

This is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to be close to the action but enjoy an unusual (but in my opinion superb) hotel that gives all the comfort of an apartment: the rooms are located on the second and third floor of a building, which houses the Replay store on the ground floor. You need to call reception from...

Stayed there for WrestleMania 28 (1st April 12). Very nice apartment, modern, nice staff. 1 street away from Ocean Drive, very busy area and obviously loud at night but other than that brilliant and would stay there again.

spent 3 nights here, location was perfect for everything, we had a room sold as being for 2-4 people, it was big enough for us...it would be very cosy if there were 4 of us! The place was clean, staff helpful and free internet. Only issue was the soundproofing, we were woken at 4am and 5am fri and sat night...

Noise control in South Beach, dochas, is a gargantuan task. 'The night is young' is a mantra that best illustrates the comings and goings of many locals and visitors alike. We do our best to ensure that our building stays as quiet as possible and that all guests are able to relax accordingly. The case cannot be said for all...

well if u are spoiled and used to stay in a Marriott Resort you will find this one a little weird at first glance … but it is great (and I’m Platinum Marriott Card) The lobby is on the 2nd floor and on the front you will see a fashion shop ... but the location is very convenient (on south...

As a small boutique hotel situated in the heart of South Beach and its many activities, we do many things that a larger hotel is unable to do, Luka67. We provide a warmer reception, greater attention to detail, and a customizable experience that is tailored to the individual guest. We drop the generic greetings and casual demeanor and adopt a...

Modern, clean, good air conditioning. Small but comfortable seating area with good kitchen facilities. Owners welcoming and friendly. Ideally situated to Ocean Drive and beach. We would have happily stayed longer. Thank you.

Our stay at the Jetset Franklin got off to a bad start. It was not the easiest place to find (the signage is not very good) and on a Saturday afternoon there was no parking available, even to drop off luggage. Eventually we found an alleyway at the rear of the hotel where we could stop the car and unload...

Dear Jock286: Parking space in Miami Beach is a high-priced commodity. Luckily, we are able to provide you with various options to park in the nearby vicinity and we are always accessible via phone or email should the case be that you need some assistance. In terms of noise control, that should have not been a problem. We always inform...

Jetset Franklin has succeeded at providing a family-friendly venue. Although Miami Beach is usually considered more of a party city, that is no excuse to not provide exceptional service to all of our guests. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed your experience. We look forward to your next visit.

Excellent location in the art deco district and 1 block from the beach. Modern style rooms, very spacy with kitchen facilities. The bed was also modern, i.e. very low and a bit on the soft side, and queen size. The hotel is difficult to find and the reception even more so, but it´s worth the trouble!

Your comments are well-received, Teeliner. We understand that finding our hotel and reception desk is a bit difficult. Therefore, we take the necessary steps to inform our guests by emailing them beforehand with this information. It is good to know that this did not deter you from having an outstanding experience otherwise.

100m from Miami South Beach the place is very quiet, clean, spacious and modern. The apartment has everything you need for a week-end at the beach. The place doesn't offer the breakfast but you better go to the beach for special miami breakfast. This place is highly recommended.
