My husband and I went to Miami Beach, me for the first time and I did not know what to expect! My expectations were exceeded and then some! First of all, what a beautiful place! After we came in from the hustle and bustle of Miami, we felt like we were on a secluded island somewhere. We were treated like...

I stayed at the Palms with some girlfriends and we had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful but my favorite part was the hotel's pool area. It's very lush with palm trees with plenty of areas with shade and sun. We hung out by the sand near the tiki bar and ordered lunch which was really...

A friend of mine and I stayed at the Palm's Hotel in Nov while going to a Madonna concert. We both travel quite a bit and are a little picky when it comes to hotels. This place far exceeded our expectations. Even though it is in SoBe with all of the hustle and bustle when your at the hotel you...

Such an amazing hotel with beautiful rooms and one of the finest restaurants in Florida. This hotel is expensive; however you do get the satisfaction of paying for quality. The pool side is somewhat dated with deck chairs requiring re-varnishing; not sure why there is an 18% gratuity added at poolside when ordering cocktails. Gratuity 15%, 18% or 20% or...

We went to this hotel 6 months ago. We bought it thorough internet directly from their we page. Against all our expectations there was a huge construction with an incredible noise just meters away. This construction was just beginning and it will last for 2 years. You just cant stay at pool. To order a waitress you have to jail,...

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and taking the time to review The Palms. Our tropical settings and luxurious amenities within the hotel...

This is a great hotel on Miami Beach that I would highly recommend to anyone. Built in 1939 as a hotel, converted to a hospital in 1942 and back to a hotel a few years later, this hotel has an amazing lobby, outdoor dining area and a wonderful bar. In 2002, the hotel was completely renovated to today's standards but...

I have stayed at The Palms a half-dozen times over the pst 8 years, most recently last week for a conference I was attending. The hotel is superbly located on South Beach. If you're lucky enough to stay in a oceanfront room you'll have excellent views of the beach and the boardwalk. The pool area is what I consider "intimate"...

We just spent 4 days in the hotel... there is a huge construction project going on next door that makes the pool less than enjoyable with the noise level. Much of the equipment in the gym was not working, the rooms were noisy and small, the drinks and food were overpriced. Our rooms wasn't cleaned for 2 days and we...
