I would rather stay at the Bates Hotel. This is a bate and switch situation, there are 2 properties and NO PHOTOS of one of them, including the room we were assigned to.While approaching the Hotel Manager about this she, who also doubled as the Restaurant Manager, she rudely informed us that she was too busy to deal with hotel...

The hotel charged me USD 100 after my stay. They did not mention nor specify it at check out. According to the hotel we had emptied the minibar 1,5 times which we of course had not. Long aftermath and the hotel did not at all take my information into consideration. Very poor customer care.

Spent a weekend at the Prime. Decor is modern highlighting simplicity and style reminiscent of our visits to Europe. Access to superb food and service while located at the southern edge of South Beach. Most appreciated was the procimity to the Prime Restaurants....Prime 112, Prime Fish, and Prime Italian. But be sure to walk around the block to Collins and...

Prime location, prime rooms, prime dining, and prime service. This hotel is a definite "must visit". Everything was wonderful and I highly recommend it for a nice beach vacation. There is so much to see and do nearby.

I spent a night at this hotel in Miami. They have only 14 rooms and that is great. The desk staff greets you by name, made great suggestions and provide the most awesome white chocolate and macadamia nut cookies. The place is tastefully decorated and very clean. The only drawback is their lack of storage space to hold your items...

We are South Florida local residents, but wanted a nice, quiet staycation. We found Prime Hotel for $150/night and it was worth every penny! The staff was sweet and accommodating; the room clean and nicely furnished; the bed comfortable; and the bathroom gorgeous! The shower is a walk-in with mirrored walls. We had a nice, handwritten welcome letter and cookies....nice...

I stayed here with my staff as a last minute getaway from a concert we just hosted in Ohio. The hotel was very quiet and the staff is always cleaning and there to help you. We worked with Rosie at the front desk and she is so amazing. We as well upon check out worked with the manager Rachel and...

Small boutique hotel. Right next door to prime one twelve. LOVED the location. One block away from the beach. I had a very clean balcony suite. Super cute roof top pool area. I had the whole thing to myself the entire time I was there. Only thing I wasn't crazy about was the shower in the bathroom. Getting in &...

We stayed here just before a cruise. We liked how close it was to the beach and south beach restaurants. The hotel was modern and the beds were memory foam, so very comfortable. The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful. It almost felt like you were staying at a B & B.

The Prime Hotel is a great find for those looking for a relaxed stay in an upscale establishment, close to main attractions and beaches. I booked my hotel a few weeks in advance and requested a special room as I had heard there were some better than others. The person who I spoke to was the kindest, most attentive person...
