The customer service was great! They were very helpful in aiding in finding parking which can be a task in S.Beach. The public parking garage @ 7th St is the way to go. The room was very clean and quaint. The shower was AMAZING! It had plenty of hot water and water pressure. The bed was very comfy. The room...

This was basically a motel - in no stretch of the imagination should this hotel receive anything more than 2 stars. I will say that upon check in, the gentleman we worked with was very nice and "upgraded" us to a larger room. But that's really where the positives stop. The hotel is very dated - walls are dirty, halls...

We stayed for a few nights while Miami Boat Show was going on. The hotel is a traditional art deco building so it is very dated. However, it is clean and well kept. Our room was very spacious and comfortable from the standpoint of plenty of room, storage, kitchen, etc. Our biggest issue is that it is VERY loud. Our...

A group of 4 stayed in two rooms for two nights before a cruise, and there was only one negative: no elevator. But since there's only two floors, it was no big deal, just be aware if mobility is an issue, the first floor should be requested. Now to the good stuff and why they get 5 stars. Centrally located...

The hotel is old but very clean. It is close to everything on south beach! The complementary breakfast was better than Expected! We loved the Kurig coffee! We liked the fact that they let us leave our bags for 2 hrs after check out so we can go and stroll the beach for a little longer! All in all good...

This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly but the parking situation was not good. They suggested we park in the garage across the street. Said they didn't know the price. We stayed one one night and the fee was $60! I know south beach is expensive but I have a hard time believing that the front desk didn't...

Spending time here before going on a cruise. The hotel is old. Like a college dorm. But it clean and the staff is friendly. Price is ok for the location. It's very centralized. No onsite parking which is a minus. And you get one key for the room. Like old school metal key. After a certain time you can't use...

We arrived at the Viscay about 10pm to find a note on the front door with travellers arriving on a late flight etc to call a cell number to call. We would have called and left messages for over 1/2 hr. No answer, we were left stranded on the side walk till 11pm , in what I would call a...

Excellent location, clean room. Well maintained. Next time I visit south beach, definitely my spot to book. One block from Ocean drive, you can see some of the hot spots on ocean drive from the lobby.
