My husband and I were going on a cruise, and booked this hotel for two nights before the cruise. Upon arriving we entered a small junky looking lobby. After checking in we were told there were actually 3 buildings and we were in building 3. I had booked a “balcony Queen Queen”. To get to the room we had to walk through a bar with very loud, thumping music and meandered through a maze to get to the elevator. The area to get to our room was an open courtyard where the music reverberated. Once in our room and with the door shut, the music was just as loud! The room was small, just big enough for the two beds. Hardly any electrical outlets and nowhere to put our luggage. The beds were hard. Not exactly the pillow-tops advertised. The “bathroom” contained a toilet and a shower. The shower head didn’t adjust and you had to put your body against the wall to get under it. The sink is in the entry to the room, with ZERO space to put anything. Not even a towel rack. A spacious bathroom was promised on the website. And there were no Bigelow products as advertised either. All night we could hear EVERYTHING from the courtyard and the street, noise that continued all night. My husband got sore from the hard bed. We left after one night, sacrificing our money paid for the second night.…

I extended my stay because I love the location, the warm pool, and beautiful rooms. Great customer service. Special shoutout to Amaury for being so accommodating and welcoming! I will definitely choose this hotel whenever I’m in Miami.

Be aware: the rating is completely misleading, this hotel is awful! I can confirm what the other people said: dirty, old, not well managed, doors that lock you out, no changing towels, 100% humidity in every room and impossible to open even the smallest window. Not to mention the price: extremely expensive! Parking suggested by the hotel is on the 7th floor (you need to walk) and it's overpriced. Everything was wrong. never again!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Gaby and Adarsh went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The happy hour at the bar really made my night and the Cuban sandwich was hands down the best sandwich I’ve had in a while, but thats not all I got to enjoy my Sandwich and cocktails right by the pool located on the roof, felt like a celebrity. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Miami.

Gaby and Amaury were very helpful at the front desk. They were able to assist me with anything I needed. Also housekeeper ,Araceli, was very nice and kept the room clean. Hotel is a great location only a few blocks from Lincoln road mall. Also lots of restaurants and bars close to Riviera South Beach hotel.

This was the best hotel experience ive ever had in any city! The food, the pools, the service was impeccable. The GM Mark made sure we had a great trip and was super helpful. Amari at the front desk was also super helpful. Throughout our whole trip we kept talking about how great the hotel is. I will be sure to recommend to everyone i know!

The whole staff of Riveria hotel is amazing but Andrea and gabby stood out the most nice attitudes and work professionalism is strong 10.and the following staff did excellent job around the clock to solve the most tiniest problems , room was immaculate and clean and staff were very hospitable .. 9/10 will do again thank you.
