The place was great. The room was plenty big enough. Bathroom was one of the larger ones I've seen. The only downside is parking is $40 overnight. (That might be going rate in Miami not sure).

Warm welcome at the reception with very friendly staff. Hotel is nicely designed and our room was specious and bright, however our bed was on the smaller side. Also it was a bit loud since the windows were not sound proof. Our room was on the 5th floor. Nice and clean. Some good cafes in the street towards the water. Nice location in downtown, close to shopping centers and plenty of restaurants. Recommended.

Wonderful staff! David at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The restaurant has great food and service Carlos was an excellent host. A very short drive to little Havana where you are sure to find great food and drinks while listening to awesome live music.

Liudmila, our waitress at the breakfast restaurant, was absolutely amazing! She is the reason we came back after our cruise to stay again. The staff and rooms were wonderful. My husband and I will definitely stay here again! I would recommend it to everyone!!!!

Hotel was wonderful, possibly one of the most beautiful rooms we have stayed in. Staff was wonderful and provided some suggestions for our time in the area. Not on a great block, but close to walk to nice stuff. Stressed after a long drive, we had decided to park in the lot across the street. We were ripped off (Parking cost 130 for the whole night, could only pay until 3am.) I suggest using the valet parking or finding a cheaper spot close by.

I was in room 410 from 8/15-20th. My room water flow was low the toilet wouldn’t flush on 8/19 was told it would be fix by time I got back. It was 5 hours later when I got back still not fixed. The amenities were not there for uses. Top floor bar and pool wasn’t available. This was one of the worst hotel I’ve stayed in Florida. The pictures on the sight has to be old. Some of the valet employees upset about going to get cars, when we’re tipping you every time you bring it. They have hardly no one speaking fluent English. Never going back here.

BUYER BEWARE! When you try to book a room on their website, you are sent to a different company. I booked for a whole week, but plans changed. I tried to cancel, and they would not give any (days) money back. All hotels allow you to cancel outside of 24 hours. I never stayed a single night. I have gone there regularly, but I am never going back!

The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Our room was very clean and the hotel was quiet and we were able to sleep well. We were happy that the pillows were a nice size and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was they said breakfast was free but It wasn't they added it to our bill.

My husband and I stayed here before our cruise out of port Miami. I had unfortunately sprained my back a few hours prior and could barely walk. Because of this the concierge let us check in a little early and gave us our room. It was very nice of him, I was very grateful. The location was nice, my husband walked down the road to a nice barber shop to get a haircut and the next morning I was feeling better & we walked a block over and grabbed a coffee. The building was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean. The rooms were a little small and the lobby wasn’t very big but it suited us just fine. We hadn’t been able to print our luggage tags for the cruise but they had a printer we were able to use. The room where the computer & printer was had seating, chess, and a view of the restaurant below. We hung out in there to kill time before we had to leave. They also arranged taxi services for us. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality.…

Upon reading the reviews and seeing everyone say how nice and welcoming the staff are my husband and I decided to book a room for one night before our cruise the rooms are okay but the staff was not friendly to us at al i think it’s because we are black when we walked in there was no warm welcome they just asked for our I.d and gave us the room number even when I asked the receptionist how his day was when I first walked in his response was do you have reservations here. I did not feel welcomed at all. This may be a friendly experience for white people but if you are black stay away from this hotel unless you are okay with feeling unwanted they didn’t even give us directions to our room and even when we left the building to get food when we walked back in there was a different receptionist at the front he didn’t smile or nothing he just looked at us and put his head back down. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK! Another white couple was checking in ahead of us when we first arrived they asked them if they needed help with their bags and even though my husband and I had more bags than the couple before us the receptionist did not ask us if we needed help with our bags.
