I only needed a place to overnight between flights, so did quick research and this hotel seemed to fit the bill. I didn't realize it was an "open property", meaning the rooms were accessed from the outside throughout a sprawling property. I wouldn't have chosen it had i known as i was traveling alone and prefer the safety of interior room access. I got the last room available, which was at the furthest corner of the property and on the back side - far from the office and view. Had me a bit nervous but the doors were strong and bolting was top grade. The outside is quite dated so first impression was a bit daunting...as i arrived well after midnight on a Friday. The room was clean however and nicely decorated, as was the lobby. The staff are extremely helpful and gracious (especially Jonathan!!) - quickly putting me at ease and making me feel welcome and safe. Looks can be deceiving, and overall, the price, location and convenience made it a worthwhile choice. …
Excellent service, very friendly and cordial attention, very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, excellent location and very good prices. I give it 5 stars I will be using it regularly during my business trips in the United States.
The comforter had a huge stain on it when I walked in. The wood laminate floors had dog hair all over it. Took my shoes off when I entered the room, walked right to the bathroom and found so much hair on the bottom of my socks it was absolutely disgusting. Hair was all over the bathroom walls as well.
This was near the top of budget hotel accommodations. Breakfast was filling. Rooms were clean. I was in an accessible room, and the tub was marred where the seat contacted the side of the tub. Other than that, all was fine.
Our beds were visibly dirty and smelled as if someone pooped and sat on the bed directly after. People were knocking on our door all times of the night. The photo online of this place is just the very front of the building which looks nice but man oh man trust me it looks like a damn detention center
I was very disappointed with our stay at this location. Ususally, La Quintas are middle of the line hotels but this was very run down. The street noise was horrible. There was not a refrigerator in the room. The smell was overwhelming. And the included airport shuttle... was not available before 6am or after 9pm which left us stranded at airport.
Check in staff was nice and friendly. Room was dirty and access to rooms were from the outside like a cheap motel. I was concerned about safety and the room door seems to have been kicked in prior. The AC was blowing directly onto one of the beds in the room and you could not turn vents away so it made that bed not sleep able unless the AC was turned off making the room hot. Breakfast was meant to start from 7am yet at 7am they were now in the process of putting out food items.
If you arrive late at night like I did you put your safety at risk. It’s a horror movie style “motel” where you need to walk down a little side street to get to you room. Be prepared to encounter prostitutes and drug dealers, not joking. The only (and I mean ONLY) positive thing about this run down hole is the STAFF. All super nice and friendly.
This property in desperate need of a major renovation. They really need to tear it down and start over. This doesn’t feel like a La Quinta at all. It feels like a $25 a night motel. The rooms are small, the bathroom is old, and the toilet barely flushed. Their computer system was so slow it took an hour to check in 4 people in front of us and then us. The staff were really warm and friendly but I recommend not staying here even for 1 night.
Nothing stands out. Overall area looked rundown. Room was clean and adequate for our stay. Breakfast was the same on both days. Decent place to stay if you are not planning on spending time in the room other than for sleeping.
