I’m not really the type to write bad reviews on employees unless I must. But let’s begin with the note. Stayed here for one night and can’t complain about the hotel or anything. This is a spot you come for business etc. Don’t look for any lavish amenities or anything.Walking distance to everything is a great factor. However, the bartender Ada ( I believe her name is because I asked her) was extremely rude when I tried to order a drink 10 minutes before the bar closed. She said that the bar stops serving drinks at 10:50 even though it was before it was closed. I asked her to clarify why that’s the case even though it closes 10 minutes later. She got nasty with an attitude and pretty much chastised me about “I should Know that the bar is closed 10 minutes prior and I’ll only serve you beer” I said cool..no problem, not a big deal. Didn’t want to waste my energy on something so trivial. However, this was a pretty lackluster and rude way to treat a customer. Won’t be coming back …
Where to start…. It’s a dump. Dirty. Old. Bad neighborhood. Can’t open or close shades. Curtains have holes in them. Remodeled but very cheaply and sloppily and a long time ago. No hot water. Sink faucet broken. DO NOT believe any of the amenities. No place to get food at hotel. Nothing in the area. $55 for a cheap burger and 6 inch kids pizza with grub hub before tip. But…what kept us feeling like hostages was that they lied in their advertising re laundry both on their website and on their fee schedule in the room. We didn’t plan for their misrepresentation and had no options for laundry. Uber to laundry was $35. So…stuck there with no food. No clean clothes. No ability to sightsee. I can’t believe they charge $350 to $500 a night. We travel to Miami often and normally stay at hotels 3 times the quality and half the price. I feel like I was literally robbed.…
Be sure to confirm the room that you reserve with the front desk. My first night had to be spent in a room that was equivalent to the size of a jail cell, with one tiny window and terrible lighting. I understand "boutique" styling but the room was completely unacceptable, especially considering the room was not what I had reserved. Upon complaint and reiterating that I was a travel agent, I was upgraded to a suite with a beautiful balcony. The remainder of my stay was lovely with polite staff and pretty efficient valet. Amenities are great, we spent time at the bar and pool tables after hours which was a plus. Pool is small and confined but good for sunbathing and relaxing. The location is a little bit out of the way but great pretty safe for walking. Overall, I would stay again considering it is a decent hotel for a good price for the downtown area but I would strongly suggest reserving and CONFIRMING either the "larger guest room" or a suite if you don't want to stay in a jail cell.…
what a crappy hotel and in Brickell. The place is in urgent need of renovation. the lobby stinks with some high concentrated odor, the rooms are small and the window blinds were broken. AC was noisy and bathrooms had poor lighting in the shower area. I would definitely not stay here again
Where do I start. We checked in and realized the hotel room did not look anything like the pictures. The pictures online are deceiving and very limited. After engaging my credit card company, I was able to upgrade to a room that was promised to me. However, the female staff was condescending, rude, And made it extremely difficult for me to leave a good review. After my stay was over, I was charged for an extra car even though I only had one car. I asked the staff to check the cameras and confirm that it’s a mistake by the valet guys And they won’t check. The staff is so rude that they would shut the phone on me or just straight away tell me that I had two cars, which is unbelievable. I rented a single car, Used that for my trip, and never had any guests with a car. The staff member Becky is extremely rude. The female staff in general is disrespectful.…
