Although you can look out the window and see the airport runway, the room was very quiet. No problem sleeping! Very clean and updated room. Great breakfast. Convenient, safe location. Free shuttle bus to the airport and only takes a very few minutes for it to get there.

The purpose of our visit was for a cruise out of the Miami cruise port. Our good experience started with a shuttle bus that came to us at the airport on demand within 15 minutes. The driver was pleasant and helpful and even pointed out places where we could eat along the way. Check-in was handled quickly and efficiently. We entered a room that had a comfortable temperature, with air conditioning working well and not loud. The room was a good size and comfortable. The only problem we had was with the remote control for the TV, which needed new batteries. They came quickly and fixed that for us. I feel this place deserves five stars because of its pool, shuttle, and hot breakfast. Some places are leaving their pool closed “because of Covid.” The shuttle takes you to and from the airport on demand, not by a schedule as some hotels do. Breakfast has plenty of offerings, including hot eggs, sausage links, and sausage patties. They have cereals and fruit, too. The muffins were large. The only thing missing among the amenities was a hot tub, which we would have liked. We were quite happy with this hotel for one night and will return at the end of our stay in Florida before we fly home.…

Clean hotel, convenient to airport. Short distance to cruise port. Breakfast was average but, FREE. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Walking distance to Burger King, Denny's a few pubs/deli's. Note: no hotel transfer for early AM flights, you must Uber if you have a flight before 7:00.

Great location, close to the airport. No frills location for 3-day base. Free upgraded room which was massive. Free parking and wifi. Recommend hiring a car to travel around. Breakfast was average but more than suitable given the price of the hotel. The air con unit was incredibly noisy. We requested rear facing room but were put on the front so aeroplanes were quite loud. The aircon unit acted as white noise, but still not ideal. Returned our car the night before we flew out and the free shuttle to the airport in the morning was good.

We chose this location because it was close to the airport. It was very clean, and everything in the room was great, would definitely recommend! Breakfast was okay for a quick meal, a typical continental breakfast.

We chose this hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport, internet and a pool for our 15 hour layover. I would describe it as a 1.5 star. The biggest issue was that we booked a shuttle with hotel staff at arrival for the time they suggested to make our flight. We arrived 15 minutes before the shuttle and were told That the shuttle we had reserved was full with other people and that we could take the next shuttle in 45 minutes. Our room number was written in a later slot although hotel stated that we needed the earlier time to make it on time. They never said a word at check in about that time being full if it was at that time. Both employees were less than helpful and saying “nothing we can do.” The entire point of staying in an airport shuttle hotel is the airport shuttle! Thankfully the driver, Abraham, overheard as I was trying to book a $60 Uber and said he could take us THIS MOMENT. We jumped in the shuttle and he rushed us there. That made all the difference and Abraham saved the day. Would not recommend unless it was the only hotel available in an emergency and the other option is sleeping in the airport. Other: -internet did not work in our 2 rooms except when we were standing in the lobby -TV did not work -ice buckets had old food in them under the new bag -the whole place smells like mildew -very depressing environment and decor -mildew all along shower caulk lines -brown chunky stuff on shower sprayer -everything felt a little “moist” -afraid to let out stuff touch the floor -hardly any light in the dark brown room Positives: -plenty of clean towels -coffee was good for hotel coffee -DoorDash will deliver here -Abraham and Raul were nice and friendly drivers …

It was super to stay in this lovely, clean and comfortable hotel near to the airport. I am happy to find it. The pool and the gym was excellent, the room with a king size bed, good air condition, koffe maker, hair dryer, bath tube was very relaxing. Moreover we meet a very friendly women in the reception: Stephanie who was the most kindliest person I have ever met.

Stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise, they provide complimentary shuttle from/to Miami airport and you just need to call the hotel when you arrive in Miami and tell them your location (which zone) so they can pick you up. Room was nice and spacious, comfortable bed and pillows and they even had a rain shower!! We had a late flight on our return and needed someplace to store our luggages while we explore Miami for a few hours, and we found out that we could store our luggage at the hotel’s storage and schedule a shuttle to the airport if we could prove that we had a prior reservation. Worked out great, would stay at this hotel again the next time we’re in Miami for a cruise!

Staff was great. Room was not. Smelled musty and everything feels damp. I sleep fully clothed just so I didn’t have to touch the sheets with my skin. Did the park and fly thing. We do that a lot, but I won’t use this hotel again.
