I booked two rooms, one on the first floor for my son and I, the other on the second floor for my friend's family. The receptionist feels like doing their routine work, not very warm and hospitable. The facility in the room is most basic, the white gauze curtain is not shading at all, there is no toiletries, the airconditioner is...

MAde reservations thru booking.com and when we arrived we were offered a third floor walk-up room. We are over 70 and cannot haul bags that far- No help offered. Clerk was indifferent, and when she called the manager the managed refused to talk to us. He left without any compensation. rather a surly atmosphere. The hotel catered to a socio-demographic...

So booked this on a hotel.com search. The price was right, didn't do enough checking into the area. It's in little Haiti, this didn't end up being an issue. We ended up calling a couple times the first day, because we were told if you don't check in my 6 p.m. they give your reserved and paid for room away....

Great location and afordable price. There's a lot to do in the area: restaurants, bars, stores... The hotel has free parking so you can enjoy the area. It's a simple but honest place. Nice rooms and very nice staff. It's worth it when the rate is low. The bathroom needs some renovations new blinds.

Hotel is very basic and you get what you paid . Although, price is really good as accommodation in Miami are expensive. Staff were friendly. Hotel is close to downtown and there are plenty of Uber taxis around.

- great area for the mimo architecture - heaps of Ubers around for quick access downtown. - bed was comfy and had clean sheets - basic: mini fridge and all in one shampoo/conditioner/body wash only. No kettle/tea or coffee supplies. Cons: - shower was feral. We had the room as pictured with the mouldy shower. Had to shower with thongs...

This hotel was kind of small, staff wasn't too friendly and the bathroom wasn't that clean. It falls more into a Motel category and not hotel. Guess it was alright for the price and for 1 night stay....……!

The manager over charged, made mistakes on dates and threw us on the street a day early, leaving us to make an emergency booking elsewhere. The hotel is rough, dirty and basic. Be aware! We would never go back.

This is such a neat, innocent place with the nicest staff members. The Caribbean Hispanic and Haitian female hosts were the nicest. I'd even suggest getting a room on the first floor if you don't like stairclimbing. The rooms were painted a beautiful sky blue and it was just a really relaxing place where you could stay and enhance your...

Simple. Clean. Very friendly staff very attentive and sweet. Definitely recommended. Restaurants near like dogma and Jimmy's café. Lobby has water for a dollar which is a plus. The staff seems happy and was very patient with my kids which I loved! Cleanliness is very important to me and it was clean. Also seems like a bad area but that...
