Stayed at this location on July 10th. The room was small but very clean. They offered a great hot breakfast. I didn't utilize the outdoor pool, but from what I saw of it, it was nice as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue with this site is that it doesn't have an elevator. If it wasn't for that I would stay, there again when I come back in Jan. 2023.
Perfect place to stay if you're flying in late night then heading to the Keys! The pool area is super nice and very clean. Staff at the front desk very friendly! Centrally located and close to everything!
was booked into an accessible room. don't know how they consider this accessible. the only place there were handrails was next to the toilet. NONE in the shower. there is absolutely no way someone with a wheelchair can get around in the room without re-arranging the whole place. there is a desk\chair that even a regular person has to almost turn sideways to get past. so far, (just started my stay) those are the biggest issues I've come across.
Very clean, and modern, well maintained. Located on major high way and noise can be heard from rooms Front staff definitely can have proper training how to receive guests. Near by good restaurants Nice pool
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. Front desk people were courteous and polite. Beds were comfortable, hotel was clean, areas were clean, breakfast was delicious and fresh. Hotel staff were helpful and always willing to help. Definitely, a place to stay and close to the airport.
Close to the airport and port. We had a king and the room was very small. The bed was two steps from the door. The facility also doesn't have an elevator. The room was clean and staff was friendly. Has a pool which is nice. We only needed a room for overnight and it was acceptable. The toiletries were mixed-matched like they were pulled from closed locations. My only complaint is I wanted to charge my room to a different card than what I used for the reservation but they wouldn't let me. I was told my card was already charged since we arrived after midnight.
We chose this hotel because we wanted a convenient location to sleep after a late flight and while traveling with an infant, but the hotel didn't meet these expectations. - The shuttle only comes once every hour. We arrived about 10 minutes after it had left, so we either had to wait almost an hour for the next shuttle or pay for a Lyft. - The property does not have an elevator, so if you are put on the 2nd floor you have to carry all of your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs. - The crib they gave us was a pack-n-play that we had to carry ourselves to our room on the 2nd floor. One of the sides wouldn't stay up properly, the pad was stained, and there was trash (old receipts and clothing tags) inside. The staff also gave us a set of full-sized blankets and pillow for the crib, which isn't appropriate for an infant and just cluttered up our room. - The room (2 full-sized beds option) was tiny. The crib either blocked the doorway or the bathroom. I've never been in such a small hotel room before. - Besides the restaurant, the only place to buy food is from vending machines, which only had junk food. For other travelers this hotel might be fine, but it didn't meet our needs. Most of the furniture seemed to be in good shape and clean, although I found some hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was pretty standard: waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon, and pastries. I had originally booked the hotel for our first and last day in Miami, but after our poor experience the first night I canceled the reservation and found another hotel that we greatly preferred.…
Listen...... There was a lizard in the room. The chairs were stained and the pillows were dirty. There was also a strong smell if mildew in the rooms. They sure had us fooled when we walked into the hotel lobby, it smelled delicious and the staff were wonderful. But did I mention that there was a lizard in the room? There is huge gap under the door. We had to stuff the Crack that the lizard ran into with tissue. I'm scared to go to sleep. We canceled our second night. This reminded me of the episode of Martin when him and Pam had to stay in the motel for the night......
