The service was amazing , the room was so clean ! Paula at the bar was amazing and super helpful . Everyone was really nice and the pictures don’t do this hotel justice it’s beautiful! The mimosas at the bar was even better lol
Danny is a lovely bartender on the rooftop of the AC By Marriot Hotel. He was warm, fun, kind and made sure everyone was enjoying their vacation. Make sure to head to the pool level and grab a drink from him! He made our stay and was a great start to a vacation.
Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms and common areas were all clean. Paula provided great service during breakfast! Breakfast buffet was flavorful. Hotel room was quiet and plenty of hot water. Pool was warm and clean.
our family really enjoyed the delicious food at AC Marriott in Miami Wynwood, especially the buffet, and the delightful service (thank you, Paula!). Felt like we were staying in a five star hotel on the Amalfi coast. terrific.
Comfortable bed, no benefit really to being “Bonvoy’ unless you have many many points. Breakfast was nicely presented buffet, $15. Cool meat slicer with prosciutto! What I didn’t like was the in-room coffee maker is ho-hum, with a couple of powdered space milk packets and no stirrers. So I went downstairs to get either coffee or some half-and-half. Was told $5 per cup for coffee, and if I wanted just the creamer things, well that would be $5 too. Housekeeping did a good job. The AC was cold, the linens and bed comfy. Bartender was good with service However, You could go to a Rodeway Inn probably and get complimentary coffee, with the cream. I don’t like the feeling of being nickel and dimed. With all the amazing hotel choices in Miami, we will not come back.
Super fun and cool hotel. The view from the rooftop is amazing with a beautiful sunset! The hotel is brand new and very cool ambience. The food is good and very nice staff! We went to a pool party and it was so much fun!!
That place have a beautiful view and good music !!!! An amazing bartender’s from Brazil especially Rosângela ! Very nice vibes! I truly recommend! The food it’s very good also and they cook churrasco front off us !
I typically stay at the EAST in Brickell, but will now be changing my preference, because of the hospitality I received from the staff at the AC Wynwood. The service from Vito at the front desk was exceptional. From the first greeting, he treated me with such kindness and respect. Every time I called the front desk, I asked for Vito. Not only because I knew I could trust him to fulfill my request, but because he is an absolute pleasure! Vito went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. He’s an amazing employee! As a Platinum member with Marriott, I have pretty high standards. My stay was exceptional and I wish I could give Vito an award for everything he did to help me during my stay. Also, Vivian at the rooftop was very kind, professional and efficient. Even while she was busy, she paid attention to my needs and did everything with a smile. She made me feel so welcome and well taken care of. I will gladly return to AC Wynwood Marriott.…
I’m taking the time to share my experience with AC Hotel by Marriott. The location and facilities of this hotel are perfect to access easily all Miami must DO places and also enjoy a stunning view on the rooftop and a calm night to recharge. The staff and design of this hotel bring a positive and chill atmosphere that we are all looking for during holidays. We had a stressful days before our stay and we ended up arriving one day before our reservation starts at night with 2 little kids. Vito found out a solution during a very very busy time before ULTRA. During the whole stay the whole staff, especially Kaytlyn and Vito were very kind with our family. I highly recommend this hotel for Miami and for all kind of stays
Stayed at the hotel Feb. 17-19th. Good hotel and would have given it 4 stars for location and also good house-keeping and breakfast/service at breakfast and bar. Stay made sour by lack of follow through by reception staff. Was charged for 2 drinks that were stated to be complimentary at the time of check-in. Was assured (By Caesar Pinto) that this charge would be credited at the time of check-out. Have called 3 times and am getting the run around. No return calls from Caesar. Am Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite Member. Lack of follow-through very disappointing, and a waste of my time!
