Mantenimiento muy malo, los enchufes no funcionan bien, la limpieza del baño es mala (encontré la tina mal lavada y encima de la cortina una toalla sucia). No tiene jabón ni shampoo. Pocas toallas. No tiene donde colgar la ropa. Cuando se reclamó un señor amablemente proporcionó una toalla adicional, pero la manager del front desk se comportó con una actitud poco cortez ante la sugerencia de mejora y dijo que si no estabamos conforme nos devolvía el dinero y que buscaramos otro hotel... eran las 11 de la noche. No hay internet en las habitaciones como ofrecen.
I needed a place close to the airport for a night. I picked this one for the price. Unfortunately it was dirty, old, the Wi-Fi was so slow. But the main problem was the lack of oxygen in my room! I couldn’t open the windows and my ac was working bad. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!
Paid way too much for this crappy room! The AC barely cooled the room. We had it down all the way and at it’s coolest point. We wanted to be moved but they were sold out. The bathroom door simply did not shut. The toilet flushed only if you let the water fill up all the way. We had an ice and vendor room right next to our room. We were glad to have cold drinks and snacks right at our fingertips. We put money in the machine and it would not take the bills. We told the front desk person and they said “yeah I wouldnt use that thing” indicating it takes your money and you cannot get the snacks. If that’s so then how about a note on the machines? We did not sleep because Of the warm temp in our room. We were stuck tho because there was a boat show that weekend so all of the rooms were sold out unless you wanted to pay 350$ or more a room. As it was we paid 200$ for this room! Never again. *** I do want to shout out to Melinda at the front desk. She only works here she can’t help it the rooms are so bad. She was very nice and tried. Also the driver of the hotel shuttle was super nice.…
Entering the lobby at 11pm for check in , I was welcomed by a moldy , damp smell. It was gross. Other guests were already there to get refunds bevause of gross rooms. We were only staying on night so we toughed it out but it was a sketchy night. Dirty carpet, old drapes , no working outlets, stained chairs , dingy bed linens , mold stain bathroom , no wash cloth ... This place is a cry shame and needs to shut down. In this Covid era , you scare staying at this place more than Covid and made wearing mask a must even so . I feel for the poor staff having to deal with this daily.
Avoid at all costs, this place is the pits. The bed had been slept in and the room had not been cleaned in days. On a positive the reception staff were friendly and helpful, the shuttle service back to the terminal was well received, but I wouldn’t stay here again even if you paid me (Thankfully it was a work trip so they paid the bill). Tom’s Diner just up the road was worth a trip for some post flight grub, never tried the subway joined to the hotel - not sure if I saw it open to be fair.
