Very Nice place, with very friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms that are reasonably priced and it is close to my office. Love to watch the sunset from the pool, and the gym is also usually clean and has nice equipment.

The hotel was quiet, clean and up to date on technology. Located great for us. Close to shopping and food. We only stayed a night due to boarding a cruise in the morning. The front desk held onto our luggage as we went to explore the city.

Hotel was nice looking but my room was not clean. Front desk didn’t speak or offer any assistance. The hotel feels secure as do the elevators which made us feel comfortable and its in a convenient location but all in all would not visit again.

I have stay at this hotel more then once. It always a great time stay. This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to food, entertainment, and shopping. Miami great arena and celebrity boat Ride within a 10 minute walk from hotel.

Overall it is a good hotel, strategically situated in front of the train station. Lovely rooftop, however the music keeps playing loudly till late at night. No washing machine inside the facility or anywhere nearby which makes it difficult for people with extended stays .Romm service is good but needs to be reminded to clean the floor .

Loved the location. New clean rooms and plenty of amenities. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Great access to public transportation and walking distance to good restaurants. Beware that there is no attached parking at the hotel. But plenty of parking lots around the property.

The room had a stunning view and I thoroughly enjoyed having the curtain up while falling asleep to the city at night. Vela, the integrated restaurant/bar, was also amazing, I'd have Rony make me an excellent Irish coffee each day to start me off. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
