We stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Dadeland from 29.05. - 01.06.2022. Immediately after arrival there was an issue with the noise of the air conditioning in the room, which Tomas from the reception has solved in a very uncomplicated manner - first he sent Felix from the housekeeping team, who was super friendly but could not immediately find the cause, so we got another room on the same floor and were super satisfied with it. The room 431 was very spacious, close to the elevators and we liked it very much, because there was a small couch and a table in it. This made it very comfortable. The hotel offers free coffee (in the breakfast room), so we always started the day with a delicious coffee. The pool on the second floor is small but very stylish and with a little luck you can enjoy a beautiful sunset from there. Try it out! Since the hotel is directly adjacent to the Dadeland Mall, parking is no problem at all. All the staff were super friendly, and when Tomas got to know that that we would get married on 31.05. we found a bottle of ice cold Cava with a congratulations card from the team upon our return to the room. This was not expected and we were very happy about it!!! Absolute recommendation, we will be happy to come back!…
No. 1 reason to move to Miami. The bar is absolutely amazing and the bartender knows her stuff. Ask her for special cocktails and you will not be disappointed. Great location for the hotel and good food around.
What else can we say - the staff was so polite, accommodating to our needs; the hotel is brand new so everything was clean and smelled so fresh, the mall is right beside the hotel and the attractions such as Little Havana and South Beach are easy drive away.
Absolutely loved my stay last week. Staff was so accommodating and hospitable! Rooms were clean and roomy. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Miami! Thank you to the ac staff that made my stay a memorable one!
I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. I did not stay but just went in for drinks. They have lively music playing on thursdays and the service was above par. Friendly, professional and great cocktail mixing!
The hotel looks amazing! Brand new, modern and clean. Front Desk Jennyfert was friendly from the moment we walked in. She was able to switch me to a double bed since I needed for my family to be more confortable. She was so positive, kind, always smiling, and she was able to put us in a nice room in a high floor with a nice view. Thank you so much Jennyfert! You are the best!! And the location could not be better.
I have had the pleasure to stay at this hotel for close to two months and the staff and service was incredible. Had a drink at the AC lounge and Joscelyn is an amazing bartender. Great personality and great service. I have been a regular ever since!
Let me start by saying that this hotel is very beautiful. It's in the heart of Dadeland. Rooms are very comfy and the ambiance is very pleasant. I will like to specially mention the bartender Joscelyn whom made our experience at this hotel extra special. The drinks she made us were delicious and on point. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again and requesting Jocelyn as our bartender!
Booked this hotel just because it is convenient to home and I could get some overnight calls made. Second stay and I always get assigned a room on the West Side, low numbers, and the noise from the Palmetto Expressway is horrible at all times. Basic hotel and even though it is brand new, fixtures are failing. The toilet paper stand in falling apart, the AC unit is noisy, floor is sticky. Items in the pantry are overpriced ($4 pepsi) and breakfast is upwards of $20 with no comp coffee. Not impressed, especially given the $300 they charge.
The hotel itself was very nice. The check in was horrible. The two individuals at the front desk were sooooooooooooo slow. Large line of 8 deep trying to check in. I waited a good 20 minutes. I was stepped over by a couple who just walked in and butted in front f the line. The desk person just checked them in over the rest of us who were waiting in line. The room was nice. Comfy bar with a nice pool view. Breakfast was kind of confusing. No one gave us an overview. We didn't realize that they actually made breakfast other than the food that was put out. When I checked out I was initially charged $24 for a breakfast that consisted of a cup of coffee and a croissant that was supposed to me included with my reservation. A little retraining may help.
