The apartment is beautiful, very well located and clean. There are multiple companies running this business. The MintHoust provided good service but the Muze staff on site and valet were ignorant and rude.
It was one of the best stays I have aber had, even as a very frequent traveler I was surprised very positively! Great place, great rooms, ideal Miami style furniture, great gym, pool and sauna! You become part of that city!
Greatest experience in my life. I travel a lot and this was the best stay I had. The location was excellent and accessible for transportation via the DT metro Stations, CVS, Whoolfoods,…etc. very convenient , outstanding staff , as well as great digital services and TV streaming already included as part of the stay.
Although the contactless check-in was a little cumbersome and not entirely frictionless, the property itself truly compensated for everything. It seems like every detailed imagined was taken care of in the apartment we've got. The electronics, the interior the design, the functionality of the kitchen, softness of the beds. We've enjoyed being in this place very much. Location was pretty good with few supermarket and restaurant options near by, and 5-10min Uber/Lyft to anywhere in town.
Nice, confortable and modern apartment. Very centric and close to the coast. We only did business but it is also close to the cost to go for running an do some exercise. The apartment has two rooms and one sofa bed. One room with an independent bathroom.
Amazing place , clean all the rooms was perfect my favorite place from now, for sure I will stay there every time I join to Miami , the view the cleanness. Everything was perfect I truly recommend to friends
The apartment and location are great. The price is fair. But there is almost no support for guests. I lost one Sunday because the door lock run out of batteries (!). It took the whole day for someone to go there and fix the problem (!!) People from lobby weren't aware of any Mint housing in the building and couldn't help. It's like staying in a hotel with no lobby or reception at all.
This property BLOCKS the complete amount of the stay the day you reserve. Having reserved through BOOKING.com this came as a surprise. The refund has been offered in 14 days. The hospitality industry is evolving: No need to stay to have a bad experience
Great for longer term stays, absolute chaos if you're planning on just spending a night or two and want something easy. Just be aware there's no identity of the hotel, you blend in with the local apartment (which, is cool if that's what you want!) - the parking situation and valet is super confusing, the valet staff was rude, and there is no specific mint house on-site person to help you if you're confused or have an issue. The staff here cares more about the residents of the apartment than someone staying overnight in mint house, understandably. The units are cool and modern, but the AC unit kept turning off every 30 minutes and the fan light would randomly turn on every hour or so, apparently to keep us on our toes. Don't order the "room service" menu, it's basically upcharge uber eats and the menu is not accurate - you'll save money just ordering on your own. Overall it's an awesome idea for a hotel, but 2/10 for execution of the idea, at this specific location. I think you'll find the experiences are very subjective depending on the purpose of your stay. If you choose mint house (yes, at least worth a try), just fully understand the confusing arrival situation and you may have a better experience. Lots of rough edges about the stay. Don't choose this if you're trying to relax and have an easy getaway, it's better for digital nomads, or people who really like the urban dynamic of a hotel!…
We booked the large two bed apartment and loved it. It was beautifully styled and the amenities were excellent. As others have said it was noisy on the Saturday night but you are in downtown Miami! The Sunday was quieter. Would certainly look to stay again. The only slight issue was had was that we arranged a 45 min later checkout but the cleaner showed up on time, when I explained that the late checkout had been booked she put me on the phone too her manager who was quite rude and asked me to hurry up and get out ASAP. Clearly not the cleaners fault, but expected her manager to apologise not ask me to hurry up!
