Thank you very much Angie for your nice welcome! Angie was very friendly and helpful and always had a smile on her face when we entered the lobby. This made all the difference to our holidays. She was very professional and listened to all our tourist questions. Thanks a lot!
I was brought here by my fiancé for my surprise birthday weekend getaway. The price was awesome considering the location and it was not far from the beach areas. The parking was easier than it is explained on their website and the rooms were delightful. Because I am a Hilton Honors member we were awarded an upgrade at no additional fee. We were also greeted by the concierge very joyfully and with professionalism. The front desk was very nice and accommodating to us as I mentioned it was my birthday weekend. I loved everything about this hotel, down to the 6th floor pool. If you are worried about safety they have a security guard on the premises 24hrs a day so any time you are coming in or out you will see them. The security was extremely helpful in ensuring we could get in and out the parking garage without issues, this is because our room key wouldn't scan us in or out. As long as you called the front desk and provided your name and room number this doesn't become a problem at all. The front desk became familiar with us quite quickly. I adored the walking distance to several restaurants as well. There is literally everything to offer food wise so you will have no problem finding some place nice to dine in. Also something you'd want to know breakfast is included with your stay already, and it was really good. They served cold items and hot items and this was awesome as many hotels aren't offering this anymore unless at an additional fee. Their breakfast was really good, my fiancé and I enjoyed ours poolside. If you're looking to travel with a family it is family friendly, but We barely saw any children at all. The rooms were solid we didn't hear any one in the hallway or in another room. When we were leaving out the room I heard a vacuum since housekeeping was cleaning up another room. But while inside with the room door closed I didn't hear anything at all, It was very peaceful. that is a plus when traveling for leisure.…
Perfect location within walking distance of strip for bars and restaurants. Fantastic selection for breakfast, and also had a pool table and bar for winding down. Really nice pool and jacuzzi with a view of the city buildings.
Needed a last minute hotel room late at night, got a great room. Very helpful quick front desk, large clean room. Did not use but pool and hot tub looked very nice as well and have very generous hours. The only thing I would have changed is the continental breakfast is a little smaller with less options that say a Hampton inn, but not bad
I booked this hotel through expedia I chose the reserve now pay later option. Two days before my arrival i received an email from this hotel stating they attempted to charge my card and if i didnt make a payment my reservation would be cancelled. I called the hotel and spoke to a female who was very rude . I asked her whats the reason for the charge when i have the pay later option . She said i needed to make a payment in order to keep my reservation. I said i wanted to pay at the check in but anyway how much. she stated she needed to make the full authorization of 600 dollars or my reservation would be cancelled. Ive worked in hotels before and i travel often and i know for sure a full payment isn’t needed with the pay later option. I thought it was sketchy so I changed hotels through expedia . Expedia called the hotel and assured me there would be no fee for cancellation being that they were cancelling my reservation anyway . The next day my card was charged 153 dollars . I called the hotel a male stated he would get back to me or someone would and no one ever reached back out to me . I called expedia they said my refund was issued . 3 days later the hotel charged my card AGAIN for 306 dollars . I have reached out to my bank filed a fraud dispute for my money back. This is ridiculous, the customer service over the phone is terrible. Im glad i did not stay here. Charging my card for 600 dollars without my authorization days before my reservation was the first red flag .…
I came in town on June 3, 2022. I would like to thank Ashley the night check in attendant. She was polite, had a pleasant smile and welcoming. She turned my challenging Day into a good night. She is an example of great customer services. Thanks again Ashley. Kenya Memphis,TN
Extremely disappointing visit. The restaurants ate not really onsite, they are Extremely close but you must exit the hotel in order to access them, so no room service. Rooms were loud, we could here doors slamming all morning. The hot tub was closed. Parking is via a public garage.
My stay this past weekend at the Hampton Inn & Suites was great. It started off absolutely chaotic. From delayed and canceled flights to long waits I expected this trip to be terrible BUT I happened to call the hotel ahead of time to confirm my accommodations and get help with checking in using the digital key. I spoke with Nakkea and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that my friends and I got to the hotel safely and checked in. My friend arrived after Nakkea's shift ended but she stayed and made sure we were checked in and didn't need anything. Everytime I called the hotel she promptly answered and helped me. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and located in a wonderful part of downtown but the absolute best part of my trip was the staff. Every person I came into contact with was friendly and inviting. I definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone…
We checked in here after an international flight to stay one night before departing on a cruise. The hotel is excellent. We only had a short time the next morning to explore the area so can’t comment much on location, but there are restaurants and a publix very close by. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean- especially the room, which was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. There is a coffee maker and fridge and microwave. The breakfast that is included you also cannot fault - a great selection of hot and cold items and great coffee. On check in we were given vouchers for a complimentary beer or wine which we enjoyed at the pool area. The pool is small but otherwise the hotel is excellent and we would stay again
Great location between Everglades and Key West. Nice hotel. Great room. Very clean, people of front desk really helpful. We had to do our laundry and they were replacing the washers from the hotel so they helped us do it next door. Large parking area, swiming pool Good shower
