I travel for business across the country and this Hampton Inn & Suites has many advantages: location near the airport, safe and free garage parking, truly super clean, spacious, quiet, updated rooms and outstanding hotel staff! There is a shopping plaza including restaurants and a supermarket right across the street. We stayed here 3 nights and had breakfast at the hotel every day. Nora worked in the breakfast area in such an organized fashion it was fast and easy to get what you wanted to eat and feel safe! The front desk team, Jennifer, Front Office Manager, and Julissa, Sales Coordinator, were awesome! Jennifer made checking in fast, fun and easy! She shared great suggestions and advice regarding places to visit and eat. It makes such a difference when the staff really cares about the guest experience and leads from the front like Jennifer does! She is a Rockstar! Heads up, the Wi-Fi speed was not up to Hilton standards during our stay. It was way too slow. The hotel staff shared they are currently working on improving that and have contacted their Wi-Fi provider. We will be returning to this location on our next Miami trip.

We choose this hotel for our pre-cruise stay. The hotel was very convenient to the airport and the cruise port. The hotel is very nice clean and in a good area. the bed and bedding was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The breakfast wasn't great but was free. The only complaint that we had was that we arrived lateish (9:00PM) and all of the restaurants around the hotel were already closed. the hotel offers a shuttle to the cruise port for $25 a person. However we took a Lyft for $22 for two people. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We would also like to thank you for choosing our hotel as your choice hotel during your visit to Miami. It pleases us to hear you had a great stay and enjoyed our comfortable beds. Being Miamians, we too were in the habit of restaurants closing late, but sadly after the pandemic, many restaurants are now closing earlier in the evening. The third-party company we work with to shuttle our guests to the port charge $10 per person, drop off only. I apologize if you were misinformed, this was not at all our intension. We wish you all the best and hope to hear from you once again whenever you are planning your next visit to Miami.

We stayed here for one night after our flight to Miami. The hotel is close to the airport (and has a really convenient free shuttle from the airport) but is also close to a number of shops and restaurants. The staff here are great and really friendly. When the shuttle was not running in the morning they paid for a taxi for us to get back to the airport to pick our car up, which they didn’t need to do, so was very much appreciated. The breakfast was good as was the free coffee in reception. For anyone needing to stay near the airport in Miami, look no further than this place.

Air conditioning on the entire floor was like a jet engine. Incredibly loud and disruptive, luckily we travel with earplugs in case of such surprises. Airport shuttle was entirely too small and crowded, would up just taking an Uber instead. Staff was pleasant. Will look elsewhere next time we overnight in Miami.

In my 20 years traveling to Miami for vacation this hotel meets the criteria of top five best hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. What an experience even if it was a short duration of time, From the check in to the check out my experience here at the blue lagooon Hampton Inn And Suites was absolutely amazing. My Family and myself came to Miami this year to board a Royal Caribbean cruise to celebrate my nieces graduation, upon check-in my sister her husband and myself approached the front desk to get checked in and Mr. Frances was absolutely stunning in the way he got us checked in he was very quick very efficient and very informative what a sweet heart. Personally I have stayed at a lot of hotels Marriott Hilton‘s Holiday Inn expresses Kimpton Ritz Carlton the W so on and so forth. Mr. Frances gave us an experience we will never forget, Our trip was very hectic including traveling with three children under the age of five that would just not stop crying obviously the gentleman at the front desk could see that we were struggling, I was very shocked when he provided us with waters and children’s stationary (Disney Coloring Canvases) so that our children would be occupied at the time of check-in. From his enthusiastic personality to his wonderful jokes and great smile mr. Frances made sure we were smiling informed about every single thing from the amenities to the shuttle, He held him self in the upmost professional manner mind you his outfits were professionally superb and extravagant, I felt like I was receiving 5 star service thank you so much Frances for an experience we will never forget. The breakfast was AMAZING the venue area for the pool was so chic very clean very private beds were so soft rooms so clean you could lick the floors not that I wanted to but just saying. Housekeeping services never missed a beat and the remainder of the staff were absolutely wonderful. This hotel was close to the airport which is why we chose it. We found the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Even though our reservation was for four people, our room did not have enough towels and wash cloths for all of us. We had to request and the hotel then gave us enough sets. I would think that the room would always have enough sets of towels for the number of people staying in a room. We also found this to be an issue at another Hampton Inn that we stayed at while on this trip.

Great location, 5 minutes from airport. Close to restaurants and Publix across the street. Rooms are large and clean, staff keep hallways and lobby spotless. Staff excellent and very accommodating. Definitely a great place to stay in MIA either for overnight or extended stay. They also offer shuttle service to MIA and cruise port!

On our recent visit pre cruise we were treated to an excellent breakfast service then after that we’re were invited to the Friday night Happy hour. If not for Nora that morning we probably would have missed this event. There again we saw Nora with the food service. Again we were graciously welcomed. What a spread she prepared! We thanked Nora and parted for our room. Nora you are an asset to Hampton Inn and certainly made our stay wonderful. We will be back!
