NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY OR TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION This Location does NOT care when people have stolen others credit cards and walk in USE the stolen card for multiple charges totalling over $700 and not check ID.. within the hour of the charges my bank notified me of the charges I called the hotel, they were completely unwilling to help, the people who stole my credit card was clearly IN THIER HOTEL and they did not seem phased. Wouldn't take the short amount of time to find the charges and know EXACTLY WHO IT WAS & CALL THE POLICE. Instead they said I had to call this morning at 9am to talk to the manager.. and when I called at exactly 9am to be told the the manager is unavailable has my information and will call me back... we will see. But by the time that happens the criminals will have checked out and gotten away with it.. NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY OR TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

The hotel was kind of pricey, but other than that, very nice rooms, comfortable bed, and the working stuff was great. The breakfast was good but you need to get there early to get to the tasty stuff. I recommend this place if you stay close to the port of downtown. Another minus was the button of the elevator was broken and very unsafety to use, they need to repair that as soon as possible.

This hotel has great views, super clean and the staff was amazing! We will stay again! Also is close to the Metromover to go down to Bayside. The breakfast was pretty good and near several interesting places. They have a shuttle to the Port too.

I am pretty happy about this hotel. My stay was so satisfied and comfortable. Location was perfect right in border of Brickell and Miami downtown ( it was close to main attraction by walking in that area) Front desk agents were very helpful. And room! I think they gave me the best room in the hotel. My room was spacious and plus such a pleasant view.(please see attached pictures) I just feel so lucky to stay in this hotel. Price was good if you compare with other hotel prices I got a great deal ( especially for this room). My room was big as Almost 2 bedroom apartment.Clean, simple and so comfortable. Continental Breakfast - nothing fancy - simple and good breakfast. Hotel has mid size Swimming pool but I didn’t use maybe next time. If you are not looking for luxury this hotel is the best choice in my opinion. Location , staff, cleanliness, comfort, simple. I would stay in this hotel again and again. Thank you for everyone for made my stay remarkable in Miami.

We stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holidays in 2021. Firstly this hotel is in an excellent location since there are two metromover stations within walking distance. The rooms and common areas were clean. In my time there at least two of the elevators were not operational. It took the hotel a few days to get this rectify, which is poor in my view. The hotel included conventional breakfast with the room rate but this included a prepackaged meal of eggs and or sausage with a biscuit a muffin and a drink. There was no option for a vegetarian/vegan person. To add to this the food taste was not great at all. On the upside Coffee/tea is available during the breakfast period. This in my view deserves 1 start and impacted my rating here. I had to go nearby to Wholefoods in order to get items for a proper breakfast (especially vegetarian). I am sure management could have ordered food here at a good price. Now on to the WIFI which is very important in any stay for me and most of us. It was horrible to none existent. We literally had to go down to the lobby in order to get some connection. If you stay here I recommend getting a mobile data plan, if you want to get a connection in the room. The front desk staff was helpful at all times when needed and even offered recommendations for various PCR tests when needed.

Great economical choice hotel in downtown Miami. We stayed here for one night prior to a cruise since it was located so close to the port (7 minutes by car) and the airport (11 -25 minutes depending on traffic). Room and bed were rather small, but it was clean, well appointed, and more than adequate. Room had good AC, comfortable bedding, small frig, safe, and microwave. Great location, right around the corner from the bridge (with a pedestrian walkway) over the Miami River into Brickell (5 minute walk). Hotel is 1-2 minute walk from the Metromover Riverwalk station. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a bit odd (COVID style) as you had to pick up a bag breakfast from the front desk. It was fine though, with a microwaveable packaged English muffin sandwich, packaged pastry, fruit and juice, as well as an adequate coffee/tea area. Lobby area was very spacious. Note that you could buy drinks, ice cream, and a few medications and necessities downstairs, but the prices are high (example $5 for small ice cream bar). Overall, great budget choice and desirable location. I will definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel last minute based on earlier reviews on Tripadvisor and had to add our experience to help others. We spent 3 very relaxing days/nights before our cruise and loved it. From the moment we checked in we felt our decision to stay here was genuinely appreciated. When Alysha was setting up our stay she made some internal calls to get us a room overlooking the river which was a nice feature we really enjoyed. There are 4 adults in our party so we booked the double queen suite. The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. Each morning the breakfast that is included is more than adequate for the current situation with covid restrictions. The pool and area is small but still very cozy and we spent two days just hanging out eating and drinking in the shade. All of the facilities are well lit, clean and I have nothing but high marks to offer. The best part is the staff, wow!! From the front desk to night clerk, housekeeping and more they were fantastic. A special nod to Alysha and Fernando, thank you for making our stay even better. Andrew St. John’s Newfoundland, Canada

You can tell the hotel was recently renovated and the lobby, rooms and pool were nice. The location is good as there is a lot within walking distance and public transportation is right outside. Our room also had a really nice view of the river and it was fun watching the boats go by. One negative is that we had to constantly keep signing into the wifi (several times a day). Another negative is that our room keys only seemed to be programmed to work for 24 hours so every day during our four night stay we would arrive back to the hotel and try to go to our room and the key would not work so my husband would have to go back downstairs and get the key reprogrammed. The final negative is that there was a weird vent on the bathroom wall (about chin height?) that apparently connects to a neighboring room as one night I could hear really loud music coming from the vent. That made me wonder how much privacy we really had in the bathroom. Other than these issues we had a nice stay.

The staff was very accommodating. Thank you to Pava, the manager and all the friendly staff. I give 4 instead of a 5 because free breakfast was below my expectations but... hey was for free and in compliance with all Covid-19 safety measures. I really want to thank the staff, the hotel it's amazing, have a stunning view... You can have the train that takes you around Brickell Area right upfront the hotel. I didn't use car, only public transportation and I highly recommend this.
