My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 2am excited for a good night's sleep before our anniversary cruise. When I arrived, the computer system was down. Instead of honoring my reservation, they told me that I was unable to stay with them that night and that I would need to WALK DOWN THE STREET to find another hotel. Instead of giving me anything in writing, they took my information and told me that they would be giving me a refund. With no refund, I issued a chargeback. Two months later they now are disputing it. Do not stay here if you value your money and your sanity. Absolutely awful.
Recommended, near highway and airport. Nice, clean with the possibility for buffet breakfast. The only thing is the thin walls, you can hear all the talking and walking. But not the plains going. Will be staying here for sure next time. Very convenient
Nice modern, new facilities Nice, modern new facilities. The bed was comfortable. We liked the new modem concrete esthetic different in a good kind of way. The service at front desk was slow we arrived at 7:45pm only one person at front desk. Few people were waiting. The food at the bar was gross, so we couldn’t eat it dry cold never again. I feel bad because while food was bad the kitchen staff was amazing Modesta and Jenni were wonderful. The Continental breakfast was overpriced $15.50, French toast were cold but again wait staff were amazing.
Strongly recommend against choosing this property, the rooms lack storage, no drawers, bathroom has no space to place anything. Staff service was abysmal, manager placated but never properly audited or verified that his staff understood the heightened expectations. If you think cleaning every three days is appropriate for a Radisson, then by all means ignore my warnings.
Modern hotel. It seems all Miami hotels are expensive on a Saturday night and this is no exception but much more reasonable on a Sunday night. Rooms very modern of a bit austere. Bathroom very modern which was cool. Nothing in this hotel is tired which is nice for an airport hotel. Some niggles: * Literally 7 yucca fries for $7 was a bit much. *Not allowing a 1 hour late checkout for midday without a charge wasn’t welcome. Didn’t appear busy. * when looked to extend a day the rate given by the hotel was 100% more than Expedia. Maybe give customers the best rate if looking to extend without needing them to prove Expedia can do better?
What an awful place … a RIP OFF Staff struggle with English and have no manners … have no concept about customer service … we are just an inconvenience It’s expensive and has zero quality … food standards poor I would struggle to even recommend this place to someone I don’t like The only quality … a good bathroom Breakfast 😱😱😱😱😱
Continental breakfast was supposed to be included in our stay when we went down it was $15.50 Way-over priced. Ended up being a good thing because we took some takeout from the bar and it was so gross so we couldn’t eat it dry cold never again and it cost $50 for two people that is outrageous no matter what city you’re in and we were in about to go back downstairs to complain! Very nice bus driver from the airport. Gave us no help with trying to find a drugstore
I loved my one night stay at this loft hotel. Only drawback not near anything (gas station, convenience store, restaurant, etc.) I had a corner room and it was industrial decor. Also there was a restaurant with limited menu/hours and a nice small gym facility and outdoor pool.
Many improvements needed with beds and pillows to fitness center and front desk. Honestly, I will never come to this hotel again. Bottles of water needed since you proved 2 small ones and make people pay 7 dollars per bottle.
