Stayed here twice as we were going on a cruise. I left my new Samsung watch pro along with my very expensive earphone(bone cunductive) in Room 510. I am 110% certain they were left there. I realized it to late as I couldn't make contact on the ship. I knew we had another stay on our way home. So I inquired about them, I just knew they would be there, however they were not turned in by the housekeepers. I encountered what I thought was head housekeeper, as he did not introduce his title. (AGM) he insisted his housekeepers are honest. But I can tell you THEY ARE NOT!!!. He had so much faith in his housekeepers doing the right thing. Ha, when I got to my room I had 2 females walk in on me, the bathroom was not cleaned very well. Had to have them re-learn it as there was hair everywhere, the tub was dirty. My mom tried to shower before bed and the shower head was broke shooting water everywhere. It took until 10 pm to get it fixed. Why wouldn't the housekeeper noticed such a thing had she been doing the right thing and cleaning right. Needless to say I contacted corporate and still nothing was done. I didn't have insurance on them as I just lost my job, so I am out about a grand. And I can say with complete certainty THE HOUSEKEEPERS ARE NOT HONEST! AND MANAGEMENT WILL NOT HELP IN ANY MANNER! DONT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE HONESTY, CLEANLINESS, OR COOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT.

Hotel's Favourite
This is one of the worst Hampton’s I’ve stayed at. I’m a diamond member so I’ve stayed at quite a few. Carpet in hall is warn out and dirty looking. Worn out non reflective mirror in room. Broken tile in bathroom and drain stop missing. Room smelled of some kind of cover up scent and I have many allergies. I stay at Hampton’s because they are suppose to have a set standard for all their hotels. It’s the reason I picked this hotel near the airport. In the future, I think I will be trying a different hotel. I frequent this area quite a bit since I have family here. The staff was not so friendly at check in. I observe them dealing with a different customer at the front desk earlier in the day around 10:30 AM. The guest asked if they would be able to check into their room early. The response they got from the front desk wasn’t aggressive. There is a fee to check in early. of course they got an assertive response back off if the room is ready at check-in time of 3 PM do we get a discount? One woman responded appropriately saying that let’s worry about that if it happens. The other younger worker said I’m not going to answer that question, no you don’t get a discount. Then they both went on to have a conversation while I stood there about how terrible customers are these days. Very inappropriate. This whole building looks very worn out and appears to be in a not so great area area you don’t walk around at night. Luckily, you have to use your key card to get off the floor of your elevator. I was also disappointed when I checked in that they didn’t do price matching. I’ve never been to Hampton Inn that didn’t do price matching. I literally had to stand there at the front desk and book online through a travel agency and wait for them to get the confirmation for 10 minutes so I can save $50.00 especially as a diamond member I found this extremely disappointing. There is nothing pleasant about their attitudes. No friendliness no customer service nothing. Since the Rams win to be ready until 3 PM we left came back much later in the day around 8:30 PM. This new employee working behind the desk was equally unfriendly. Not welcoming in anyway. So disappointing for Hampton Inn.

We stayed one night after flying into the nearby airport. The hotel shuttle picked us up within about 10-15 minutes after we called the hotel to let them know that we had arrived. The hotel is quite close to the airport, and we could hear planes taking off but they were muffled enough as not to disturb us. The front desk clerk was quick to get us checked in and when we asked about transportation options to the cruise port the next day, she offered to sign us up for a transfer ($12/person) which was billed to our room. The room was very spacious with lots of electrical and USB plugs available. The bathroom was large enough for two people to easily use it at the same time with plentiful counter space and hot water. The window had 3 shades on it which completely blocked out any light. We enjoyed the included breakfast since it had a large variety of options (eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, etc.). The only negatives were that the bed (room 223) on the clock side was worn out and sagged somewhat, and the toilet seat seemed cheap as it shifted when sat upon.

The airport shuttle was great. We had to wait for about 20 min or so but the friendly driver made sure we were staying at this Hampton Inn. There are many shuttles come and go. Theirs was a bright orange van. We could not do the early check-in, but that’s because we specified the room 501 to see the planes take off. It was worth the wait as far as the view was concerned. The rolling curtain was broken, however, and there was no amenities like lotion, etc, no plastic bags for the ice bucket. No memo pad, either. I had to ask for glasses/cups, but no housekeeper came so I had to send my son to the front desk. The breakfast was mediocre, the food truck was ok if you don’t mind waiting for the food. We were a family of 4, so it was cheaper to Uber to the port for the cruise instead of paying $12/pp. Overall, the stay was fine before the cruise. Nothing fancy, but it was only for 2 nights.

The location is very close to the airport which we thought would be an issue (it wasn't). The park and fly is a good deal except they do not tell you how to get picked up. I called when we arrived back home and was given wrong information but we figured it out. One staff member had quite the attitude but all others more then made up for it.

We came down to Miami to spend the week with our son for Thanksgiving. We have been an exclusive Hilton Family for 15+ yrs now and have been become so disappointed the past few yrs. At first we attributed it to Covid but sadly it has just become the service, cleanliness, choices, etc overall, all the time. This hotel - we started in room 502. From the moment we walked (8:30pm Thanksgiving Eve) the rug over in front of the window (also where the A/C unit is) was wet. You couldn’t see it but your socks felt it. After a long day of travel we just showered and went to bed. We were up & out early for Thanksgiving and again didn’t arrive back until about 9pm exhausted. At this point the rug was not wet in front of the first (of 2) beds. I called down that evening and explained situation which then seemed aware of and not surprised to hear. They offered to send up maintenance at 9:30pm on Thanksgiving night which we, of course, declined. They then said they would send someone in the morning and I explained that there was DEFINITELY a leak that needed to be addressed and the leak was running down. The next morning we woke and the rug was now wet up to the 2nd bed - so the leak/water was running down more then half the room. We stopped at front desk and asked to have our room switched as 502 was wet floor and you now smelt it as soon as you walked in. Front desk did not seem surprised to hear this news either. They did end up switching our room (wayyy better) but we were very disappointed that this issue seemed to be known to all (housekeeping, the room service maids and even the front desk) and yet they put guests in the room. Other issues (not big issues but still) They have coffee/tea cups set out with lids that Do Not Fit. When we asked front desk (as there is a coffee area straight across from customer service so they can see/watch as you’re making your drink) the woman said “oh yes they have sent the wrong lids” and they were aware they didn’t fit YET this is our 5th day here and they have not removed the lids. If they don’t have others OK but the fact that they don’t remove the ones they KNOW don’t fit is beyond understanding to me. There are 2 elevators but only ONE has been running the entire time we have been here and it is the STUPIDEST run elevator as you if you get on and push a higher floor (5th) and it stops at say 2nd to let someone off and someone else gets on and pushes Lobby the elevator will just go back down. Every guest we encounter on the elevator that has been here for a day or more complained of the same issue. The trick (if you stay here) is when you get on just hold the button for your floor the entire time and it seems to bypass all other floors. How ridiculous to have to do that. They do not have just regular tea bags (Tetley, Lipton, etc). Only Bigalow but never just black tea - SO annoying. Also they don’t have whole milk out as an option at coffee bar at all. You can get milk in the morning by the cereal but only skim or 2%. (That may just be me but annoys me.) The shower head doesn’t come down/not hand held which is so frustrating when you have a child, etc. Why all hotels don’t have handheld shower heads is beyond me and I wish there was a way to find that out on the site when booking. The breakfast has switched between scrambled eggs one day and cheese egg omelette the next since we have been here. Neither is good, they offer potatoes and sausage each day - sausage is undercooked and potatoes are over cooked. Yuck, yuck, yuck!! Also I think it is beyond ridiculous they only give 2 water bottles upon checkin and that’s it for your stay. We are diamond members and the fact that they don’t offer, at the very least, 2 water bottles a day is ridiculous as they use to before Covid. We would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone. Just so disappointed Hilton over all as they just keep getting worse and worse.

The hotel is close to the airport which was nice as we arrived late. However airport pickup didn’t really work well. We called the hotel and ended up waiting about an hour. The driver Oscar was extremely friendly which almost made up for it though. Room had everything we needed, nothing special and breakfast was alright. So overall a very average hotel. Worked well for a one night stay as an airport hotel.

Need to check your credit card statements this hotel likes to overcharge your credit card especially if you’re a tourist! Their front staff are rude and not willing to check and even if you show them their mistake I wouldn’t stay here again!!

Over a hour wait for van driver at airport (it’s only a 6 minute riide from airport to hotel). We watched Jose nap in the van while parked out in the front of the hotel. The rest of our party was waiting curb-side at the airport. Front desk clerk had to call Red Roof Inn van driver to pick them up.

Staff was super nice. Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable and daily breakfast is a plus. Very in line with other Hampton Inn stays. Location is very good - easy to move around from here. Would stay here again.
