Overall, wasnt very happy with my hotel stay. Hotel is not in the best location. Jennifer is very professional, but the rest of the staff is very rude. Hotel need major upgrades. Wreaked of strong chemicals. For the price you paid for this hotel, I could have stayed in downtown Miami and enjoyed sites, sounds and entertainment. Stay away from this hotel!

This is one of the nastiest hotels in Miami! The rooms smell like mold and the carpet feels damp! The breakfast consist of cold food thrown into white bowls. The front desk agents don’t know any information on how your billing works! If you bask them to explain the charges they freeze up! This dump need to be close permanently!

This Fairfield is in a great location close to the airport. Shuttles from the hotel runs every 30 minutes starting at the top of the hour, I would assume a similar schedule going from the airport to the hotel. There are few restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel as such is OK. Nice reception from the front desk. Good sized room, a bit dated but perfectly clean. My AC was making noise so I had to shut it off in order to fall asleep. Some noise from the street but not to bad.

We only stayed one night before a cruise, but everything was great. The breakfast was fully operational, the room was very clean and comfortable. It's a great location too, near plenty of restaurants and easy access to the airport and cruise port.

spent 2 days after cruise here. had shuttle from airport. we wanted a hotel not far from airport, with shuttle and breakfast. not looking for luxury. Staff was wonderful. so easy to deal with; would call to alert us of of taxi or shuttle arrival. arranged taxi to zoo for us in advance. the entire hotel was very clean. had coffee and hot water available. breakfast was very disappointing - limited, not very healthy and when they said done at 9:00 they were kidding!! there were many guests looking for something and i reiterate - more healthy. pool was a large hot tub - but good place to hang out and relax.

Although I did not stay at this particular hotel, the shuttle service dropped myself and my family here, instead of the Fairfield in Doral. I had the unfortunate time dealing with Sales Manager DeVaughn Linton, and can clearly state it was the most uncomfortable, unpleasant and unprofessional experience I have ever had. After the shuttle driver without asking removed our luggage’s from the bus and left them outside with my 80 year old father, I went in to complain after they refused to take us to our other hotel (may I add it was the same company) and told us we had to figure out our own transportation The lady at the front desk continued to tell us there was nothing she could do and said she is unable to even contact the other hotel. This is when DeVaughn comes into the picture after he had been “running around” the hotel lobby and ignoring the situation. At that point when he was Finally flagged down, he removed his mask (in the middle of a pandemic) yelled at me, and stated “what did you just say to me” when I questioned his ability to help in this situation. Keep in mind he is a “manager”. Ultimately, my family and I had to get ourselves an Uber at our own cost. I wrote an email to the General Manager of the hotel 3 days ago, and have yet to receive a response. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this location!

This was not your experience, and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. unfortunately even though Fairfield is a brand itself we cannot take the liability of transporting guest from one Fairfield to the next we can only do airport services. it should have been explained sincerely and for that I apologize, I have shared your feedback with the associates, and as a teachable moment, we have discussed our service standards and reviewed improvement opportunities in the service they provide. We stayed at the Fairfield prior to flying out of MIA. During check-in, Stephanie at the front desk realized it was our honeymoon and wrote a sweet note and offered us a complimentary snack/drink! The room was clean and the free shuttle was very convenient, we felt safe leaving our car there for a week as the garage was directly connected to the hotel and covered. Great customer service and amenities, highly recommend!

Between noisy neighbors that you could hear their talking thru the walls, the over abundance of air freshener / cleaner was nauseating. Also they charge $10 to park. No I would not recommend. location close to airport.

When I book this hotel for our trip to Miami, I had my doubts about the hotel. My husband said he read bad reviews, my sister said when she called to book her room the lady on the other end of the phone was rude. But if I would have listen to them I would have missed out on meeting two of the best front desk young ladies Karen , Stephanie, Nina the general manager and Carlos the guest service mananger. They went above and beyond their duty, even when some of the guest was very rude when they were trying to do their best to make them happy.
