Stayed here over the weekend as I was in town for a concert at the FTX Arena. We were in a corner suite on the 25th floor. Suite very nice, super large bathroom, two balconies. Ate at Area 31, which was pretty good. Sit outside for great view. Pool was great, on the 16th floor. Hotel was very busy this weekend and the hotel is suffering the same labor shortage as the rest of the country. Staff seemed a bit new, and outnumbered, but all hotel employees I engaged with were quite nice and trying hard for sure. Great location and all the balconies have great views.
Great dancing she was good and informative music had me hyped would definitely do it again sangria was delicious made salsa so fun and easy to do and the roof top was a great add on great instruction it was fun
Keyshawn at the front desk is exceptional, he has an extra special personality for customer service! William the Bellman is so awesome! It's a busy place in a busy city, expect that and you will certainly thrilled.
This place is amazing and the service is outstanding. Keyshawn, that works at the front desk very attentive and polite help my wife & I with all our needs. Defiantly recommend coming here again. Keyshawn help my wife and I celebrate as newly weds. Only place I’m staying is here when staying in Miami is here. It’s hard to find good customer service and genuine people.
I booked this as a day hotel for a flight stopover. Room was booked at $100 from 8am to 7pm.. on arrival $29 was added for a resort fee and then other $50 for taxes so $180 in total.. watch out! This would not be so bad if the service was up to scratch.. I was challenged twice about checking out by noon and they even blocked my key card.. the staff clearly need some training.. Room very average.. no bath or coffee machine.. one usb/socket not working. No proper desk.. Very Average for the inflated price.. poor service not acceptable!
My friend and I stayed at this property and we had an amazing time. The location is perfect and the views from the room are amazing! The staff was so friendly. Keyshawn who checked us in was AMAZING. He was friendly, funny and very accommodating. I will absolutely return to this property next time I am in Miami.
Dear guests and tourists of the hotel and restaurant, please make sure to arrive on the luxury car or at least a yellow cab 🚕 for the Epic Valets(VPNE company) treat at least as a human beings. You assume they will smile to you?, be polite? will park your car or open the door for you and help you with your luggage 🧳 ? No way!!!! 👎🏻They will not. 👎🏻Never happens. This poor valet service company VPNE never taught their personnel the proper manners. Please don’t be surprised. 🔥Even if they hit yr car 🚗 they will never admit that and return you yr car with not saying a word about the damage they made. After filing a claim with so called manager Andres(never called back and explained anything) or talking about the damage to someone called Alfredo, the only thing you will get is the denial letter from some Karim (same VPNE “professional” employee). The explanation they give is “we don’t see how we could make it” 🤪😁and another one “you had to check your car that evening in the dark before getting into the car”.. really? Night time check? 😂 No cameras checked no investigation made. Dear guests, So just be ready to pay the money from your pocket for the damaged car caused by the Epic Valets. In my case 800$. The worst valet service and attitude to a woman I have ever seen 👎🏻 and the only thing these valets our professionals in is taking tips and yelling at people. The hotel Kimpton Epic Hotel deserves better valet company for sure . At least the Valet company should give the name of their insurance company and make the investigation in case of damage caused by Valet’s so called service company. No service at all to be honest . Just a few arrogant rude guys that pointing on you with their fingers. No culture no manners… unfortunately…
My valet Blake was wonderful!! He was much help! Very quick with service. Made my experience the best. Definitely a 100/10 next time I come back I hope to get helped by Blake or someone like him, whole experience was the best.
I have been to the cabanas at Epic Hotel on several occasions and every time, Michelle Draper gives the best service around. Not only do I utilize the cabanas to relax, enjoy a great lunch and drinks, but also to get work done in between. The pool area has a great view of Brickell and is fabulous. You can totally depend on Michelle, Jose, and her team to take good care of you. 5 stars...highly recommended! Epic is epic.
I recently had a very dear friend staying at the Kimpton EPIC for her birthday. It was a MUCH needed getaway for her. I wanted to send her a bottle of champagne, and I was immediately directed to Martin and Melissa in In-Room dining. They found a great bottle for me to send, and even added a nice complimentary batch of fresh macarons to accompany the champagne. LOVE IT! Great service.
