My new favorite when visiting Miami! Fantastic service, clean and comfortable facilities, near Midcity restaurants/bars, and a nice hub to everywhere (Wynwood, Brickel, MIA, Miami Beach). My only suggestion: Give free parking to your guests! Other than that: felt I found my new home away from home.

The service was excellent. Francisa checked me at the front desk, help me with best parking spot for my work truck and pointed out entrance where I was going for dinner. I would recommend this hotel when traveling to Miami.

The staff was so attentive, even before I arrived, they contacted me to make sure I had everything I needed for my short stay. I only spent one night here but I was able to work from the room and quickly Uber to lots of nightlife options. I really appreciated Zully's flexibility with my check out and follow up on my stay. I didn't wake up in time for breakfast but I'm sure I'll be back another day.

It’s the best Hampton Inn I ever stayed! It’s at the center downtown location with walking distances to shopping areas, restaurants, and design district. The hotel is very clean and very nice decored! Also, you will have free breakfast and coffee all day! The parking fee is very reasonable considering the soaring price in Miami. Definitely recommend to people who is on leisure or business trip!

Nice hotel, good breakfast. Complimentary coffee. Personel not great but ok. Service could improve, there was no greetings, they will always help you but you know they are not excited to help.It is perfect for short stays.

King studio. Wife tried to check in 15 minutes early. Lady at front desk said no rooms ready, and was less than friendly about stating so. Parked car, I went to front desk 5 minutes later to a gentleman who gladly checked us in. He did give us the wrong room, so we had to go back down to get that straightened out. Once we got past the front desk, everything was great. Great room with a great view. Clean and spacious. Our only complaint was the complete lack of water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was really good with fresh hot and cold items to choose from. Did not use the fitness room or pool. Parking was an additional $25.00 per day (+ tax). Overall a good stay, just not a great stay, as is what we're used to at a Hampton, due to the couple issues we had.

My Mom and I were in Miami visiting family and this Hampton Inn location was very close to their apartment. I'm a Diamond Honors member and a day before we arrived I was in contact with Zully and she was able to move us from a two bed city view to a very large two bed sea view room which was great for us! Breakfast each day had a lot of choices and we filled up before going out and exploring. The hotel was clean and everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you!
