We returned to Driftwood Inn for a brief visit while on a recent vacation trip to Florida. It continues to be a place where we can relax and take in the sights of the beach. Enjoyed the cottage and being able to sit on the porch to enjoy the landscaping. The beach was a few

This is a pretty location, but is awful for weddings. The owner & her daughter, Dianne, are rude & unhelpful. Dianne made our wedding so much more difficult & stressful than it should have been and she upset a lot of our guests. The area where she had us setup the reception had

Are dogs allowed on the beach.
There is a beach in Mexico Beach that you can take dogs on. It's to the right of the canal. You would enter on the road by the visitor's center. Unfortunately that road is closed due to some work on the canal and it won't be open til sometime next year. The next town on highway 98 is St. Joes; they allow dogs on til heir beaches.
