We had an excellent Stay st this Lovely Legendry WelcomHeritage Shivavilas Palace Hotel in Sandur on our recent trip to vist Hampi.... Palace is in excellent condition n now has an excellent signature of ITCs WelcomHeritage...Product Food n Service Standards..very very satisfying. Staff was excellent well trained n very courteous made us instantly feel at home n settle in comfortable. Tejaswani in particular who we interacted from check in to check out was very good. Service boys in the Restaurant n for Breakfast armed always willing to endure all ur needs are taken care of. Room was very well laid out with all amenities... House keeping service was to the dot. Good choice when visiting Hampi even though one hour away... connecting road is very good. Wud surely recommend.

Lovely old world charm...and old world warmth..... welcoming staff and good food...superb rooms...felt like a princess!! Cycle available to ride around the gardens.... library to spend the morning.... reception room the for evening...Bullard table for in- between times ...and a nice pool!

The rooms are huge and spacious and super clean, The hotel is well looked after and the best part of the hotel is the team whether it is the service, housekeeping or the pool attendant. great value for money. even the trainees were great and would like to point our Anil Kumar and Debajit both for their patience and warmth , while I say their names trust me each one of the staff was exceptional.Would have only one feedback which would be to keep dinner on till later in the night to facilitate guests.

We stayed for 4 nights at the property and we were 23 people in all.. 16 adults and 7 kids ... The service was the best we have received in a long long time.. all our needs were met and even some out of the way requests were fulfilled.. The rooms were amazingly big and bathrooms were spotless... all things were in place... the common areas were huge and very beautifully kept .. The spa was super and the pool was amazingly clean.. The snacks they served were fantastic.. food was sumptuous.. breakfast was amazing... I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a palace and get royal treatment.. thumbs up to the whole team and the management.. a special mention for Anil Kumar who made innumerable trips up and down and did it with an eve present smile. Excellent staff, food and service. Lovely property to go with a large group of friends. Nice swimming pool. Very clean and spacious rooms. About 1 and half hours from Hampi. Hotel organized an excellent itinerary as well.
