I thought it was great exactly what I expected of a motel on us 1 in the keys. It was a clean room and bath. no pool is the only downfall but the ocean is in walking distance with a nice kayak put in at the end of the street and botanical garden. free boat parking and the gas station...

Little old motel on the highway in marathon. Nicely landscaped property but not at all fancy. Room was basic 2 big beds, comfortable. decent shower/bathroom. price was right. If finances are an issue this might be the place for you.

This is how Old Florida was in the 1950s. Almost perfectly preserved. Cute little old bungalow type roadside hotel along US 1 across from the Marathon airport. Very clean. Only about seven units. Don't expect the Mandarin Oriental. We liked it. That said, if you're going to offer a coffee maker, supply coffee cups, not to mention coffee. Bring your...

Pool pictured on website was at another resort several miles away. Both TV's in room didn't work and when we complained the owner/manager swore at us and didn't fix them as promised. We booked a 3 room suite and ended up with a one bedroom with a pull out couch due to some sewer issue. Room was very dated but...

My wife and I were on a bike ride to Key West in February and booked this motel for two nights. For us it was the best. The room was clean and we had fresh towels both days. It was less than an hour ride to Key West from there. The owner took the time to point out a few...

Before we traveled to the Keys we made a reservation at this motel. The website describes this place a spacious and ALL rooms having two double/full beds. So we booked a room as having 2 beds was the only requirement we needed. When we arrived, there was no one in the office to greet us or any sign of this...

We were placed in the #5 corner room. Extremely small, dresser drawers paint peeling off, bed was old, worn and squeeky. AC was loud and would not run continuously. AC cords hanging down the wall. Lamp on the wall was plugged into an extention cord that ran behind the half fridge. The wonderful 10inch color TV had snow all over...

This is not a fancy hotel or resort, it is an inexpensive, clean, comfortable motel. The rooms are large and ours had a full size refrigerator in it. The manager was very nice and helpful (Thanks Frank). We would stay here again and plan to.
