Hi--I do believe we stayed in that condo last Spring--it was quite a good price---we wanted for nothing, the bed was new and comfortable, but the condo itself was a bit tired, some wear and tear in the bathrooms (mold) and the outside door (peeling paint) but again, we weren't there to stay indoors. The balcony was our favorite spot-gorgeous view--gorgeous sunsets--
perhaps by now, they've done a little TLC---but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. (Although when we wanted to book, the lady doubled the price, so we declined.)
