We just left after a week at The Commodore for spring break. It was our first and last time we will be at this place . First, it's very dated. Looks and feels like a 70's hotel. I could get past that if that were the only issue. The pool is in the middle of a parking lot, is very...

The office has lots of clutter and the unit smelled like a dirty ash tray. Unit was the worst I have seen in a long time. Very old in unit needs updates. Not worth the $$ just because on the beach. Grounds could us to be cleaned.

We have a timeshare at the Commodore that has been passed down through my family for a few generations now. I loved going the Commodore as a child and enjoy taking my children there now. I love having the kitchen. It is so easy to make quick breakfasts, lunches, and dinners to help save on vacation costs but is close...

We got this place through RCI and we were slightly disappointed. The room seemed clean but it was in major need of repairs and matress replacements. The ceiling fan in the main area was broken and we needed it because the AC wouldn't go below 72 degrees. The one window in the unit was stuck shut and wouldnt open. All...

I spent a week at the CBC with friends and it was all good. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. The hot tub and pool was very clean. The office staff was very helpful. I will be staying there again.

My parents have owned here for 30 years and we have owned for over 6 years. We just came back from our latest visit. New bathrooms, new kitchens, floors were great. We love it here. Always very clean. It's not a 5 star but if you are looking for a clean spot to rest and eat and spend your days...

Our family has been coming to the Commodore for 30 years. My father in law originally bought a time share here. My husband and I now own three weeks, and my daughter just bought a week for herself. Obviously it's a great place for families and kids. Right on the beautiful Gulf beach, you can spend the day in the...

We travel to the FL gulf coast mainly for the long beach walks and gentle warm waters. We arrived at Commodore Beach Club and found it's location perfect to fulfill that desire. We were disappointed in the one bedroom timeshare obtained through RCI (Resorts Condominium International). We had no access to a balcony. There was one available but the receptionist...

We did an exchange through Interval International. We knew in advance that we had a studio with a full kitchen without much of a view (except of the housekeeper's closet). (Room 209) However, it was so dark in there that we didn't know if it was 10 am or 10 p.m However, we took 2 chairs and sat them on...

Located directly on the beach and within walking distance of John's Pass makes this resort a nice choice. Lots of restaurants and bars along the boulevard but during season the parking is very difficult. Parking at Johns pass is metered parking at $2.00 per hour. Get there early if driving to find spot, later in day, have to wait til...
