New owner new attitude??? Equipment that doesn't work, no hot water in the shower & emails not returned leave a bad impression. The place is clean and the working staff is nice, gated community security is excellent.

No outside food or drink allowed in; their drinks are overpriced and the food is horrible. The service in the restaurant was a joke. Over the weekend the resort waived the entrance fee if people brought a food pantry donation. This brought in a number of "looky loos" one who notably swam in the pool in his whitey tighties. The...

The hotel rooms face the pool which is convenient during the day. The pool area is pleasant and the people were friendly. Visitors are not allowed to bring in their own food or drink and so you have to purchase from the Key West bar at exorbitant prices. Our room was clean but very tiny with no place to sit....

In the event of Hurricane Matthew, my husband and I decided to head over to the Tampa area to escape whatever mess the storm was supposed to bring. We made the trip to this place because it was highly recommended by a fellow FYN member. Upon arrival, those that checked us in were extremely polite and thoughtful to our impromptu...

The owners have done a nice job during the past five years with improvements to a neglected property. Refinished the pools was a big step up...a lot of other infrastructure changes that are not visible as well. We have been coming to Paradise for about 14 years once or twice a year. The biggest change we noticed was the wait...

I visited Paradise Lakes Resort on a day pass and thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to a clothing optional resort. The staff were professional and welcoming. The resort was exceptionally clean and the pools were wonderful. I played volleyball, had lunch in the restaurant, hung out in the pool and talked with lots of other guests about varied subjects. Found...

Just returned home after staying at Paradise Lakes for 9 days. The population during the week was minimal at the pool but of course increased as the weekend approached. Met four couples that we knew from previous meetings, mostly on Bare Necessities cruises. Had a great time at the pool and all of the PL staff were great. Place is...

Great atmosphere. Great people. Great pool. Liked so much that we bought a condo on the property along with a membership at the resort. Check it out for yourself. Everybody looks for something different. I've seen some negative and positive reviews. There is plenty to and great amenities.

It's an older facility that they are slowing working to upgrade. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax during the week, without a crowd, this is a good place to go, Nice pools. It gets busy on weekends. Unfortunately overnight visitors are excluded from any daily deals or daily specials. You will be required to pay full...

RUDE front desk staff that refused to live up to promises made on their website. "The Free Day Pass is available only for First Time Vistors, couples & single ladies only." Why should I pay $48+ as a first time visitor for a day pass on a slow night to see if I want to spend several hundred bucks more...
