I cant say enough about how we were treated here,It was fantabulous as others have said. I'm afraid to give too good of a review because the next time my room won't be available! Just kidding. Eugene has picked the right people to do the right thing. Nancy is wonderful. She went over the top to accommodate my requests plus...

We arrived on Christmas day and left on 12/30/11. The room was ready, clean and more spacious than we expected. Dont let the outside fool you. It looks like a plain building, but the rooms really have character. The beds were a bit hard, but still comfortable. The wifi was working and service was great. I dealt with Nancy from...

My family and I were unhappy with the amount of termite dust we found in the 2 bedroom Villa #12 when we arrived. The thought that there was a termite colony in this wooden 2nd Floor Villa with us was not the most pleasant thought. We liked the size of the rooms as well as the loft, but again, termite...

This was our 4th trip to the Keys, all of them to Marathon. Our first stay at KKI and we enjoyed it. We don't spend much time in the room/on property, too busy at Bahia Honda or other beaches, but the pool was adequate for a dip. We also enjoyed the pool at the Sunset Grill a couple of evenings....

This motel on the Ocean side at Knight's Key island has the best view in the Florida Keys. Portions of the Bond movie License to Kill and Schwarzenegger's True Lies were filmed just feet from the motel. The sunsets are incredible and the addition of the waterside bar & restaurant, Sunset Grill, has added to the appeal. Rooms are a...

I have stayed in the same villa for many years and enjoy the wonderful sunsets that are only a walk away. The villas aren't fancy but comforatble and clean. Everything is included such as pots pans, dishwashing soap etc. The manager has always been friendly and accomodating. If you want to go to Key West you are only 45 minutes...

This is a great place for diving and relaxing. It's right on the 7 mile bridge so it's a quick trip to Key West if you want to go shopping for the day or stay the night. We didn't feel like driving so we took the bus which cost about 5 dollars round trip. The room was good, it wasn't...

We were on a budget and wanted to fins something simple in the Middle of the Keys. We found this place by accident and had a great manager to help us out. It is not fancy, as other reviewers have noticed. But is is clean and has everything you need to cook and barbecue and even has a very nice...

“There are three floors. You don't have to carry your luggage up as many stairs if you stay in the middle group. The ground floor is offices and maintenance space. The second floor is where we stayed, with beautiful sunsets, and the 3rd floor had the rest of the rooms. I don't think there was an elevator.”
