Park is very clean and well maintained. Good laundry facility. Pool is very nice. Interior sights are a little tight . Excellent WiFi and cable tv. Very nice park with friendly staff. Tiki island and dock are very nice.

To be honest that depends upon your boat. If you have a bimini top, there is ocean access approximately one mile north of our park at the Tom's Harbor Bridge. If you have t-tops, it is approximately 6 miles in either direction to the ocean at the 3-Mile, Long Key Bridge north of us or at the Vaca Cut bridge south of us.
