Booked through Expedia and my son got Covid so we had to cancel our trip. Expedia tried to contact them to reschedule our trip multiple times with no luck. Eventually they tried to call for a refund. They would not return their calls or emails. I lost out on the money and when I do return I won't be staying there. As a single mom of 3 I saved for this trip for 3 years and this was the ultimate disappointment.

Wonderful place to stay! Staff is so nice - very clean and right on the water. Cute little Restaurant on property called MAde to Order - the food was excellent - only open for breakfast and lunch. In walking distance to the dive shop we used. Would definitely stay again!

From the start we knew we picked the right spot. Francis checked us in smoothly, our room was awesome, clean & for once was nicer than the pics. Mike, Cassandra & Beulah, all made us feel at home, Clean & great location.

This was a great experience staying at Creekside Inn. Everyone from the check in girl Cheryl to the checkout guy was wonderful.The room was very clean, the King bed was comfortable. Loved the walk in shower!!! We would stay here again!!!

Lovely clean room , very spacious with the most fabulous setting - right on the key side with wildlife literally passing by. Best shower in Florida of the whole trip. Totally recommend and if ever in the Keys I would stay here again

Got an early check in. Very clean. Everything about stay was pleasant. Persons in office at check-in and check-out helpful and gave good information about local area and restaurants and routes. Would stay there again.

Charming hotel, but poor water pressure in the shower and traffic out front was loud at times. The front desk staff were excellent and the location was excellent. We only stayed one night after a day of snorkeling in islamorada

If you're looking for a nice, clean & comfortable hotel- this is a great option! My daughter and I spent 5 nights in early February. Rooms (and beds) were simple & comfy. Great place to watch the sun rise & set on the canal. Good restaurants close by. 2 pools were great to relax by with a great radio station on!

I checked in February 14th here to go scuba diving. But due to bad weather I couldn't go diving. Very comfortable bed. I slept better here than at my own home. Friendly and helpful staff. When I come back to Tavernier, (which I will), I will stay again at this hotel.

This was a smaller resort, right on the water. Easy access to the highway so it was very easy to get up and down the islands. Great restaurants near in both directions. 2 pools and restaurant on site. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
