Where do we start? Beautiful spot… and that’s it. Don’t book here if you need any flexibility at all. After needing to move our vacation due to illness, it took weeks of calling. No one called us back, I finally called and got someone to answer. After offering a doctors note , they would not even move my date up. The lady hung up on me. I wasn’t asking for a refund, but tk love the vacation. She threatened to charge me more than just one night. I’m blown away by the ignorance and unprofessionalism. We were simply trying to move up two months since our whole family had a stomach bug- a veryyyyy contagious one. They’d like you to come sick to their resort. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️😳😳 I have now had to dispute with our credit card for the first time ever. If i could give a zero, I would. I feel bad for the actual owners who depend on income, we wanted to reschedule and add two other rooms for a week. Now, zero, but J guess they get to keep the $200 deposit.

Hello Meghan, We are sorry you had to cancel twice before, and we were able to accommodate your changes in the past but the last time you cancelled the day of arrival. Resorts hold a room for you and no one else can book that room. When you cancel the day of arrival, we are unable to book the room that is why we have a 14-day cancellation period and require a one-night deposit. You automatically forfeit your deposit if you are unable to arrive just like any Resort or Airline. We have rules and you were advised of the rules at the time of booking. Your charge back was not honored. The team is advised to help the situation but if the guest refuses to be civil and continues yelling they can hand up. I wish you the best and I hope you have a good day. Diana Weber-General Manager

We loved that all units have a balcony, facing the ocean! We loved the large room, kitchen, and closet space. The pool was clean, and thankfully warm, with plenty of nice chairs and tables around it. It was great having chairs by the waterfront too. The office felt covid-safe, and the staff was friendly and pleasant. It was so convenient having the marina store and the restaurant on the property. We also enjoyed being able to walk to Anne’s beach. The only disadvantage was that the bed was smaller than we’re used to. We’d definitely come back to this beautiful place.

Thank you for kind words I will make sure to share them with the team. All the rooms have queen beds, but we do have a huge request for king beds. This is one of those times when I don’t want to leave a review…because I don’t want to compete with others for rooms when we come back! We loved every single thing about our stay here. Friendly staff. Large rooms. Quiet and low key atmosphere. Nice pool. Great access to everything in the area. Clean. Wonderful!

Location is perfect. I love that it's so tucked back and private. It has such a laid back feel, perfect for Islamorada. The beach was amazing. Front desk staff (Sarah) was so so sweet and accommodating. We saw manatees from the beach, horseshoe crabs, and it was completely uncrowded! What a gem of a spot. Only cons were that one of our bathroom showers was not draining well. I took a 5-10 minute shower and the water was up to my ankles, but it did drain shortly after I turned the shower off and got out. The fans in the bathrooms were also not working. I could hear them running but there wasn't any humidity being sucked out. There were a few hairs in the bathroom, it could've been a bit cleaner. I would definitely say this is a quieter, older-people populated resort rather than a busier, more family-orientated or group-trip orientated kind of place. Overall, I wish we could've stayed longer because this place was fantastic. I would definitely come back!

Great place to stay. Units were nicely and very clean. The pool is a good size and heated with abundant seating around. The sandy beach was nice (especially for the Keys!) and had an area with loungers and also bbq pits and picnic tables. The staff was super nice and very personable. They were spot on for good local restaurants. The personable service reminded me of the smaller mom & pop resorts we've stayed at previously in the Keys. A restaurant is being renovated on the site which will be a nice addition to the property which already boasts a restaurant, gas/convenience store and marina.
