We spent 3 nights at Simonton Court the first week of February. The place was gorgeous and the staff was exceptional. The continental breakfast is really so much more (french toast, fresh grapefruit) plus the staff brings it to your table. The location can't be beat. We walked to all the main attractions and the restaurants we chose. In addtion,...

We stayed 4 nights in The Gardenia cottage. It was spacious, clean and located right by the big pool & breakfast area. The location is just 1 blog off Duval Street, so heading over there was quick and simple. Highly recommend. The morning coffee was especially tasty!

My husband and I booked a very last minute key west trip. I was having a hard time finding any availability for our Saturday night stay (we stayed 3 nights). But then found Simonton Court and it was perfect for us. Easy online reservations too! We stayed in a cottage - C6B near the main pool. The building had another...

We have just returned from a mid January trip to Key West and loved our stay at the Simonton Court--wonderful location, staff and Key West style cottages amid tropical gardens. Breakfast was served around the largest heated outdoor pool (there are several) and a wonderful way to start the day. The cottages started life as cigar workers houses many years...

It has been a few years since we visited Simonton court, however, we keep saying we are going back...we loved the way this treasure is hidden away and the privacy of the pools/spa's and cottage !! Very romantic, expecially since no children allowed !! Quick walk to all the Key West fun !!

Had a wonderful stay here recently. Quiet tropical place, lush grounds, free continental breakfast, just a great getaway. Ben, the manager, graciously gave us a tour, greeted us each morning and asked how our stay was and offered to help in any way. He is a real asset. Will stay here again in the future!

We traveled to Key West to celebrate our 18th anniversary during the week of Christmas. The staff and ambiance at Simonton Court are both second to none. We had a beautiful cottage that was so serene and quaint. The wonderful breakfast by the pool was a delightful way to start the day. Everything is so well appointed. The grounds are...

Simonton Court was a great location. It was peaceful yet close to the action of Duval Street. The lush garden setting makes you feel like you are the only people at the B&B which is relaxing. We stayed in the front two rooms (Royal Palm Suite and Bamboo Suite) of the Townhouse Guesthouse. The Bamboo Suite could use new couches...
