Great location just of the main street. Lots of cosy rooms, suites and small cottages. Breakfast is included! 4 pools of different sizes just outside your room. Greks very private! The hotel is adults only so it is a very quiet and calm place. Would have loved to stay longer. Very friendly staff! Highly recommended hotel!

we love staying at Key West B&Bs and this one did not disappoint. Our room was on the road with a front porch and rocking chairs. Our room had a sitting room and a bedroom. Both were very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good.. There were five pools. This time of year they were heated. All in...

We just left Simonton Court and had an amazing stay! We were in room SC8 which had a separate living space and bedroom. Bed was super comfortable and overall accommodations were wonderful. We stepped out of our room to one of the four pools. This pool had sun all day and a black bottom so it was always warm. The...

We booked to stay here last minute and were pleasantly surprised by our room and the inn grounds. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful (particularly given this is an adult friendly place and so you don't get kids splashing around) and all the cottages and grounds are beautifully kept on the outside. A continental breakfast is included, and hot...

We haven't been there yet, so it's odd for me to be moved to leave feed back before setting foot on the property. We are going in Aug 2017 but I've already had 2 dealings with staff there. Both were EXTREMELY helpful. First, we decided to fly instead of drive so I figured we would stay an extra day. I...

Need a vacation to relax and enjoy this is the place. We stayed in cottage 1, it had 2 king size beds, one was located in the loft. Although we did not need the second bed, this cottage had everything anyone could need, want or got to have. This cottage came with a full kitchen,a large living area, dining and...

We stayed on the top floor of the mansion for 3 nights and it was cute and had everything we needed. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant. The pool was relaxed and quiet. The landscaping is lush. It was nice to have that older building charm instead of a sterile hotel. You're just...

I only live 3 hrs from Key West, so my husband and I go down to Key West pretty regularly. The first time we stayed at Simonton Court Inn was a day that we just woke up and decided to drive down without reservations and see what happens. As we headed to Key West in the car, I was on...

Great location, nice grounds, great staff, adequate breakfast, rooms could use some upgrades in furniture. Several pools and types of buildings to choose from. Did I mention great location to walk to everything, several excellent restaurants. I do advise buying bottled water as three of us ended up sick and then read about the water on Key West. There is...

We were at the Simonton for two days. Just a perfect place. Clean, beautifully decorated, close to Duval street. We were on a 10 day vacation and this was our highlight. The staff were friendly and so helpful. We stayed in M1.Just fantastic. Very nice breakfast as well. Would highly recommend The Simonton Court.
