5 of us stayed at Casa for 4 nights (17-21) and we had a GREAT stay. Room was clean, always had towels, they had coolers we borrowed. Right on Duval, but you would never know it while sitting at the pool. Tim was very nice ... we liked messing with him & he took it like a

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, we truly enjoyed our time there...we did not feel that it was too noisy eventhough we had one of the front rooms facing Duval Street...staff was very friendly and helpful..

We had a great stay at Casa 325. The suite was clean and staff was great. We loved being able to walk to everything. We had noisy neighbors the first night, but management sent them packing the next day. This is meant to be a quiet, relaxing place just off Duval. We appreciate

Response from Casa325, Front Office Manager at Casa 325

Dear John F. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for the inconvenience and we wanted to clarify that our decisions where the consequence of improper and unacceptable behavior from the mentioned group. We have certain rules and policies that were taken advantage of. Casa 325 is a small guesthouse and we value all of our guests. After all this is Key West and we want our guest to have fun and enjoy their time here, as long as it does not cost our other guest sleep or rest. Unfortunately the owner had to make a decision on the best interest of all our guests. As you may know their stay with us was a short one due to noise complaints of several guests in the building. When they checked in, we discussed and made sure they understood 100% the rules/policies and all agreed by signing. Because of this, a partial refund will be made as it was agreed with the group.

We stayed in one of the front rooms upstairs facing Duval. Pros: large rooms, 3 beds, microwave, location, workers. Cons: the 3 days we stayed in March were loud. Primarily from nearby bars and road, but cigar shop lot next store had fence work and a leaf blower going during

Do any of your rooms have attached balconies or an outdoor seating area?
The main building has a wrap around porch but not much of a view because of the buildings in front - blocks the noise, but also blocks the view. The rooms behind the pool area didn't have seating areas that I saw, unless they were around the other side.

If you call or e-mail and let them know you need a hair dryer, they will leave one in the room for you. They were very accommodating, it rained one day and the office had umbrellas you could borrow - a nice touch.

Just don't take such a large car into Key West it would be plainly foolish. The roads are narrow and a bit packed and parking is at a real premium. We researched this very question before we went and thus rented the absolutely smallest car available and were very glad we did. Even super compacts are tight on parking in Key West.
