I have read some scathing reviews about Casa Marina that almost caused me to cancel my reservation. A friend that I know and trust who has very discerning taste always stays here n KW and I took her advice. I am so glad that I didn't believe the haters. The beach and property are lovely. The staff at the pool... More

Have just returned from 6 nights in an ocean view 1 bed suite with wife and 2 children aged 4 and 8. Hotel is well located in a quiet area 5 mins taxi from the heart of old town, which for us was perfect. Private beach is perfect and anyone complaining simply hasn't done their homework about the geology of... More

First visit to Casa won't be our last! No other beach front luxury hotel! Spacious gorgeous grounds, outstanding service, love the frozen eucalyptus towels poolside. Other properties have minimal beaches and over crowded pools.Location is ideally set away from cruise boat crowd but 1 mile walk or $6 taxi. JOSH was very attentive beach staff.VInce at the door was great... More

We spent 3 days in key west at the casa marina. The hotel is smart and the ocean view Flagler king rooms are in the original part of the hotel so have high ceilings and a beautiful window overlooking the ocean - beware none of these rooms really have much of an ocean view as they are some distance and... Very nice hotel. pool are very nice. The Beach is great for key west. Daniel the pool service guy is awesome. This hotel is a little pricey in my opinion. We had two ocean front king suites. They were clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel.

Our beach experience was great... Daniel took great care of us! Banana daiquiris were awesome! The rooms were nothing to rave about. Concierge only liked recommending onsite restaurants but overall would stay again.

The nicest part of the hotel was the lobby, including a very helpful and pleasant front desk staff.... that is about it. Upon check in, we were "upgraded" to a suite, but was quickly disappointed by the tired, old and blah decor, dark dingy bedroom and worst of all it reeked of smoke! Was then moved to King size room... More

On March my company used this venue for one of our yearly events. The most impressive was the great attention one on the staff member had with all of us, his name is Jose. He is a really a differnce between good and excellent service.

I don't know why so many people have negative things to say about this place. We really liked it! It's expensive, but it's a Waldorf. Plus, it's the only hotel/resort in Key West with its own beach. Key West doesn't really have much of a beach, so the fact that you can stay ON the beach here makes it a... More
