room very nice, but took 5 minutes to get hot water. Breakfast A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. In a bed and breakfast expect a great "breakfast"; either sit down and being served or buffet. Had no Juice, cold coffee, and a bagel or English muffin. Also no place to sit except outside in heat

Dear Stu, I am sorry to hear that your birthday celebration stay at our inn did not live up to your expectations. In particular, you cite disappointment with our breakfast, which sort of mystifies me because it seems you somehow overlooked the extensive array available, in addition to the items you mentioned. Our buffet consists each morning of a selection...

Great little B&B in the heart of Key West. It's at the quiet end of Duval street, but very close to many great places. Hemingway house and light house and the most southerly point for the tourists. Duval street for the party people and the harbour, Mallory square and some classy restaurants all very walkable. This was my first visit...

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and couldn't be happier. The house is perfectly located on Duval street near everything. We stayed in the Mango room and it was extremely spacious. The staff is friendly and the house is really clean. The parking is right across the street with the lot they have agreement with for only $20 a...

I'm a frequent visitor to Key West. It's my favorite place in the United States. On this trip my wife and I did something unique for us. We stayed in 3 different locations to experience 1) tranquility at the Parrot Key Hotel and Resort, 2) luxury at the Ocean Key Resort and Spa, and 3) a B&B (Bed and Breakfast)...

This place is quaint with beautiful grounds located in the most busiest street in Key Largo yet, once inside is a paradise! We stayed in Tuckaway Cottage, beautiful BUT there is lots of sunshine coming in the morning, no curtains to block that off. Also, one night the next door neighbor has his porch light on, the light hit exactly...

This property is at an excellent location on Duval St. While the front is on a busy street, the grounds in the back are very tropical, private and quiet. We had a private balcony that overlooked the swimming pool in the rear. We swam in the pool several times and were the only people using the lovely, private oasis! Breakfast...

The tropical inn was the perfect place to stay! Right in the center of Duvall Street we could walk to everything. The staff is amazing and so friendly with great restaurant recommendations. Even though you are right on Duvall, it is not noisy particularly if you get a room at the back of the house (we stayed in the bamboo...

I agree with a lot of the other reviewers who mentioned that the location on Duval is perfect. The Inn is very discrete (we drove right by it the first time) but is right in the middle of all the action on Duval. Within 2 minutes walk, you are living and breathing the key west experience on Duval. But just...

Perfect place for seeing Key West. It is right on Duval but once inside you really are in a little oasis. Back patio and pool area, very tropical feel and super private. We stayed in Poinciana room, small but comfortable and pretty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean. Would recommend for couples wanting to be close to the action...

Its a beautiful Inn that was carefully decorated and felt just like home. We stayed in the Tuckaway and it was very private, very clean, and just a few steps away from the garden, pool, and breakfast area. The pool and hot tub were bigger than expected and the pool turned out to be especially nice since Key West isn't...
