This hotel is set on prime real estate, it’s a little older hotel and the website photos should probably be updated but the rooms are spacious and it’s quiet. The tiki bar and pool are great and the bar food was affordable and good, The...More
This is a well-located hotel away from the bustle of Duval Street, but still within easy driving range. Located right across A1A from the ocean, the hotel provides the opportunity to relax in room, on balconies or by the well-maintained pool area. Breakfast is ok,...More

When staying at this hotel during our vacation, we had an amazing stay and received excellent service. Our previous hotel cancelled our reservation, and with no where to stay and after driving 15 hours; we were in a panic. Joey and Samantha were very accommodating...More
I liked that this hotel was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. But it was close enough for a bicycle ride to that area. Also cabs and ubers are plentiful. We had an ocean front view so morning sunrises were...More

We got the trolley tickets the first time in key west. Was able to buy them right in the Lobby of the Best Western Key Ambassador. They were $30 something a piece. Best part there is a trolley stop right at the hotel next to the lobby. Enjoyed the tour around town. Worth it to take the whole loop once. Then you can get on and off where ever there is a trolley stop. If you don't have trouble walking it is a great way to get around. I am handicapped but managed just fine. Know where you want to go and get a trolley map to find out where the closet stops are to what you want to see. They offered two day passes as well. Driving around downtown is not too difficult but parking is. Most spaces are metered. There were some parking garages so I have done it both driving and by trolley.
