We stayed 2 nights in this hotel during our keys visit. We were very disappointed to discover that the room was not cleaned, towels not changed and bed were not done. The room is near the highway and very noisy, Wi-Fi was not available in the room (too far from the spot?) Fridge is also very noisy. Breakfast is just...

Location is wonderful, right on the water for some places. There are studios, 1-bdrm, 2-bdrm with comfy beds, but lacking amenities (no soap, shampoo and very thin towels, if there are any). The older Front Office guy has no personality & always on edge, so questions & special requests are a challenge to him! I've now stayed 3 times (I...

The cottage, or room #108 was smaller then a dorm room! The bed was awful and sinked in the middle. The shower handle was so rusted it took a lot of time to turn the water off. Breakfast was pretty poor as there was no real coffee, just a neo machine. The view from the dock is nice, and we...

We booked this hotel for the location, water front view in our room which when it came to sunrise and sunset was stunning. However the bed was uncomfortable for us (All about personal preference) There was no sitting area in this room so to watch the T.V. you had to lay in bed. Although many would think you wouldn't be...

Just by luck we booked this property and absolutely loved it! Our tiled floor cottage housed two double beds, a couch, coffee table, tv, large dining table, kitchen and small bathroom. The only thing we did not like was the close proximity of our cottage to the street because of the traffic noise in the morning. Had the air conditioner...

For the traveler on a budget, this is a great place to stop. With many different housing options to choose from, this is a great choice if you're stopping for the night on your way to/from Key West. We stayed in the basic cottage which consisted of a bed, fridge, microwave, small bathroom and a table and two chairs. Really...

We rented a two bedroom cottage, steps from the ocean, for the price of a moderate price chain hotel/motel. It was heaven, having virtually ones own dock and chairs outside the door. Rooms were large, clean and furnish with utensils. Great location for all the sights. We stayed 5 nights.

Stayed here for three nights a few weeks ago. I paid a bit extra for a 'cottage with a kitchenette' but the set-up was disappointing. The kitchen was in dire need of updating/replacement, half the rings on the cooker didn't work, the cooker hood was horribly dirty and most of the crockery chipped. The 'cottage' was, in fact, approximately one...

We stayed one night here on our way to Key West. It was clean, quiet and had its own beach area. The room decor was unusual with the strangest kitchen sink / fridge combi I have ever seen. The bed was also the highest I've seen for long while, but it was comfortable and gave a good sleep. The shower...

We wanted a Mom and Pop feel for our lodging and we got it with the Pelican. Our rooms were very tiny, but it fit our needs perfectly! Yes, things were a bit outdated and our door didn't shut all the way, but our room was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We found the office staff...
