Where to start is the question. It was quiet at night. The place is a dump. Our campsite was along side of their driveway. 6 feet on one side was the bay with a boat in it that should of been scraped and the other side was the driveway. We could not even put anything out to sit on. I grilled one night and was told to put my grill away that night because it might not be there in the morning. It was cheap but for a reason. My advice is to move on.

We attempted to stay here as we were down on business. Being a cheaper option for staying long term, we arrived and knew right away there was no chance we could fit out 40ft RV in there. We had to pull in at an angle and there was no place to park our vehicle - plus the RV stuck out in the driveway it was too long. I was told we could be accommodated and I suppose we could've made it work, but not for $1000/month to have neighbors THAT close. We couldn't even extend our awning because it would've been too close if anyone came next door. The dusty crushed shells as the parking base were not great either. While it would've been a closer drive, we opted to stay on the mainland and pay HALF what this place costs. Our lot at the new place is easily 5x bigger and we can fit our RV and 2 vehicles with ease.

campground is all crushed coral, very dusty most of the permanent campers are run down, look shabby and the sewer overflows when you dump either your black or grey water, and it runs into the canal/ocean, then the camp site smells like a sewer, very stinky. THE PARK MANAGER IS A BULLY AND IS DRUNK MOST OF THE TIME.AND WHEN ASKED TO FIX SOMETHING, HE DOES NOTHING BUT GIVE EXCESSES, I WOULD RATHER RUSTIC CAMP OVER STAYING HERE.
