We stayed in the in the owners cottage, close to the water and still private with patio etc. We loved it. We were mainly interested in sailing the sunfish and the hobie.

The owner had his managers quit right before we got there. It was a lot for him to do. Unless you have to have a sailboat at your disposal (and who knows if it's working) I would look at another place. The Roach that jumped on my arm our last morning did me in.
