We spent a week in an ocean view site (7) and had a wonderful time. The resort is immaculate! We had a great view of the ocean and the beautiful pool couldn’t have been any closer! We were serenaded just about every night by Hanna on her trumpet. She lives next door to the resort. This was our second time visiting, we will be back next year!

Love this small RV park. We see the same friends here every year because everyone wants to return and the staff is so attentive. Beautiful views and sunsets. You can walk to just about anything you need. Sad to leave today!

I enjoyed this RV park it has a beautiful location but our site #29 was awful way too small for our 37 foot luxury travel trailer and the road noise was awful. close to bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is quite harrowing to pull out of this park with no traffic light. A few of the people in the 5 front Class A sites were a little pretencious and I previously owned a class A for over a decade. We ha a great stay albeit VERY VERY exspensive and our neighbors choked us out with their marijuana use. All in all we would come back again but only on site #13 or #14 book early this park is extremely busy.

What a great spot. I’m hesitant to give a review because I don’t want to bring any more attention to it. Very friendly staff, clean as can be, terrific location and views. Will be coming back soon for sure.

Beautiful RV Resort. Wonderful large pool and large hot tub. RV Resort is kept Chrystal clean but staff. Staff members are some of the kindest and most helpful helpful folks you will ever meet. The sunset views are some of the best you can view in the keys.

This is one of the best rv parks we've ever stayed in. So good in fact, we come back every year! Killer pool & hot tub right on the bay! It's so wonderful sitting in the hot tub watching sunset! We're already looking forward to coming back next December.

Overall nice park. Very well-maintained and nicely landscaped. Streets are asphalt and sites are gravel. The sites are fairly narrow. Wi-fi was very good. Cable TV was OK – good the first day but then the quality diminished each subsequent day, especially later in the day. Didn’t use the laundry or other amenities. What brought my rating down was the level of the site. It was horribly unlevel, and that can be a deal-breaker for me. A gravel site should NEVER be unlevel since you can move the surface around, but this one (#28) was off 4” front-to-back and 3” side-to-side. That may not sound like all that much to the layperson but to an Rver it’s a lot! In fact, it’s so much that had I just used blocks under the jacks, my front wheels would have been way off the ground. As it was I had to pull up on the maximum number of pads just to keep the wheels grounded. And, had I not had an adjustable portable step, I would have had to parachute out of my rig (19.5” to reach the ground) .Another note concerns the power. With lots of people using A/C, the power at the pedestal dipped to 112 volts on one on the lines. Lastly, there were prominent signs on the door to the office stating that masks were mandatory to enter, but none of the staff were masked. I would stay here again but I think I would pick a different site – way too much work just to get level.

The staff were very kind and helpful . Place is well kept , lighting everywhere and someone is at most times raking picking up trash and has a hello and smile . Loved the pool and jaccuzzi , night fishing in Marina we saw nurse shark ,tarpon , jellyfish . Nice area to get into water and anchor water board and kayaks as well . There is a sweet grey cat hangs out there we made friends with . Tons of great shopping and restaurant s here as well, we are usually at blue key resort in key west where we started for ten days and this time came to grassy key then here to key largo and was pleasantly surprised ! Next trip while house shopping we will include Key largo on our other set of keys ! Carlos part of the staff was Great ! Thank you ! From The Jones’s space # 15 🙏
