This place is truly rubbish. Rooms are so small that the sofa bed does not open properly (hits the bed). Crammed describes the rooms. No housekeeping. If you are staying more than a day your garbage will stink the place. The management are crooks. Months after our visit they placed a bogus charge on my credit card thinking we wont catch it. There are better hotels in Miami. Stay away from this one.
Nice rooms, clean with a full kitchen. But tight for 4 people! Kitchen is not fully separate space. No easy place to sit with a full house. I'd say 2 or 3 people max. Small bathroom too, Very friendly staff. Pool towels ridiculously tiny, but I can forgive that. Very convenient to where I needed to be in Kendall. Busy area but not as bad as further east in Kendall. Easy access to restaurants, target, pharmacy, etc. Everything you might need. Would recommend in you need to be in that area.
Easily one of the nicest Marriott's I have stayed at in recent years. This hotel had just opened a few months ago, and it clearly shows it. The staff was extremely polite, and helpful. The suite we stayed in was modern, spacious, and clean. The sleep quality was exceptional and the A/C was ice cold. Ample choices for restaurants, gas, conveniences, as well as other necessities in the area that one may need. Access to Florida's Turnpike is less than 5 minutes away as well. The only thing was really strange, but from what I understand it's a thing, is that the shower did not have a door on it. Just a half piece of glass window. Therefore, the bathroom flooded a slight bit. But that won't affect my review. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever in Kendall.
Excellent COVID awareness, cleaning, and caution. Spotless rooms with mini kitchen (full fridge, single stovetop, dishwasher. A desk on casters wheels out from under a great flatscreen that supports Chromecast. Perfect for a business traveler. Also, all essentials are close - Starbucks, Walgreens, Sédanos Market and more.
The hotel is fairly new so the furniture, style and atmosphere is modern. The room I checked into was very clean. It had a kitchenette with crockery, cooktop, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. It is close (like 600ft) to several restaurants like Olive Garden, Juicy Burgers (a must try) and a couple other restaurants. West Kendall Baptist is like 5mins walk to the hospital grounds. Bus transit is 4min walk. Aldi’s Grocery store and Walgreens pharmacy is across the road from the hotel which is like 5min walk. This hotel is situated in a very convenient place. I needed to use the hospital facility long term so this place was a great with everything I needed in a walking distance. Hotel staff was very friendly. Amazing housekeeping staff. They were absolutely amazing. Too bad I forgot to take pictures. I would highly recommend this place.…
Great hotel, very friendly staff. The room was exceptional. The room was thoughtfully designed with large modern bathroom, kitchenette, and large TV. They have 24/7 gym, and pool open til 10p. Nice lobby lounge area with bar (closed for Covid). Great hotel, great price, will stay here again.
Best hotel stay of our trip! Room was very clean and spacious. Many hotels have used COVID as an excuse to stop breakfast services, but not this one! They have individual grab bags for breakfast that’s included in the stay and have coffee available behind the reception desk- they will get it ready for you to still limit contact with other guests. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very pleased with our stay and will most definitely return if in the area again
Everything in the room feels brand new and sparkly clean. Nice touches everywhere including smiley face dish sponge. They do provide with a to go bag for breakfast. And hotel was lovely decorated for Christmas. We really loved our stay in that place.
We found this hotel while preparing for a wedding in the Kendal area. We were able to have a rehearsal celebration in a socially compliant way with the aid of to the hotels sales director Ninoska. She went above and beyond to make this happen for the family and guests. Our expectations were exceeded every step of the way and interactions with the staff was gracious and genuine in response to our requests. The rooms had all the amenities one could ask and the one bedroom suite was perfect for the grandkids and parents. There are several nice chain restaurants right across the parking lot. There are more just a short drive or stroll away. Super market (Publix) and BJ's and other stores as well. All in all, our stay was most enjoyable and relaxing.
First Review!!! My family stayed at this hotel in September for a week, over a weekend. It had just apparently been only open for a month or so beforehand. Bottom line up front, this is a must stay hotel for your needs, business, family, or otherwise. It is a convenient location, with lots of new restaurants walking distance. Loads of shopping nearby, Target, Publix, Walgreens, ect.. Fair share of fast food nearby. Also just a few minutes from the turnpike. - The hotel was running on COVID-19 restrictions when we arrived, the Governor of Florida just enacted Phase 2 when we arrived. So we did not get to enjoy the full gamut of amenities the hotel would have offered otherwise, but this was out of their control, and they did a great job considering. - They were handing out breakfast in the morning, but it was pre-packaged items in a bag(COVID-19). Bagels, juices, fruit, ect.. Its a bummer we didn't get to experience the hot fresh breakfast, but we understand its out of their hands. The bar was also not open during our stay. - Check in was a breeze, the new employees were very professional, by the book, and took care of me with warm greetings and a professional attitude. - The room was brand new, we appeared to be the first ones to occupy the rooms. Brand new kitchen amenities, Fridge, Stove Top, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Sink. Loads of storage for clothing, food, groceries, or whatever else. Huge television! Good size dining table that seats 4. Floors were clean, walls were clean, tables and beds were clean. Bathroom was well designed, only thing somebody might take offense to is the "new style" half glass shower doors. This is something that most new hotels have, and I personally like it. - There was no housekeeping (COVID-19), we just were informed to leave trash outside the door. It was picked up every day consistently. If we needed anything, we just asked, and it was delivered. Rooms were quiet, it was surprisingly busy during our stay and I never heard other rooms. - Pool is outside, we did not get to utilize it much. Its on the smaller side, but its a pool, what more do you need? There are two full size grills outside also in a patio area ready for anybody to grill away at their hearts desire. - Parking is FREE! - Overall, this is an excellent hotel, that has a great future for it as long as they stay the course, and keep the customer first. Give it a try when you are in town.…
