I’m a bit torn writing this review. My mind keeps going back to “your money is not appreciated here”. Now, my hubs and I love a nice hotel and truly don’t mind spending the money, but when we do, we expect to have a warm welcome and to be treated like they appreciate our business and care tremendously about guest experience. Not this place. To provide specific examples: - when you check in they make it CLEAR that check out is 11am and your pool and any other facility privileges will END. Are you kidding? So when your guests have a later flight you don’t want them to stay at the pool and spend more money on food and drinks? - Due to “covid” they aren’t doing any housekeeping during your stay. Aka a nice way for them to save money. They also don’t give you extra towels or anything. No waters or robes in the room like you might expect from a nice hotel resort - the day of our check out housekeeping barged in at 10:35.. just opened the door right up before check out - the staff was 50% rude. I grew up in south Florida so I understand the east coast generally has an attitude but I expect more coaching from managers. Specifically, Patrice at the front desk at the spa could not have been more annoyed that I was a paying guest. It was too much of an annoyance to check me in and give me a tour. She actually didn’t give me a tour and a masseuse recognized it and stepped in when I had to ask where everything was. Unacceptable for a 240$ massage - they add 18% gratuity to everything and just the general feel from everyone was not a thankful one more of a “their minimum expectation” regardless of how nice they are to you - I can also tell they have an issue with non staying guests trying to use things there so there are roped off areas and security guards literally everywhere which on one hand is secure but on the other feels like you are constantly answering to someone and being cattle called - the light show on the outside of the hotel is very cool! But sadly it’s the same music and show every night. Why not have a few on rotate? - my husband was a bit annoyed in the casino there was no real roulette or craps. All virtual. We all know why. The PROS: - Valeria A at the pool was very accommodating and great service all day - other than Patrice at the spa, it was wonderful. Great massage and a gorgeous spa facility! Bring your suit and take advantage of the various pools and saunas - Jamie our server at the Hard Rock Cafe was so much fun we loved him - though the restaurants are pricey the food was delicious! Expect about 100$ pp each nice meal - the hotel itself is gorgeous. Well designed and beautiful. Very Vegas feeling! - super comfortable beds, great big showers with rain heads

Wow was I blown away with the facial I received from Colleen (sp) it was simply amazing and the best facial I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot. I highly recommend requesting her if you’re getting a facial. You won’t be disappointed.

The absolute worst experience getting my hair done at the salon! It’s been two weeks and I’ve been leaving message after message for the spa management with zero call backs. The stylist, who could barely get a word out in English, got hair dye in and on my eye. She rubbed so hard on my eyelid to get it off that she broke the skin! I still have a scab on my eyelid AND hair dye stain still on my forehead. There were lots of other issues, like cutting my hair crooked and doing things that I never requested. Why? Because the stylist could not understand the customer! When all this happened (can u believe I actually paid $300 for this?) I was told I’d get a refund. Well, almost 2 weeks later no refund. Stay away from this place. I was injured and no one at this casino gives a rip. They clearly are not hiring reputable stylists who know what they’re doing and don’t care about the injured their customers get. Unbelievable. I’m still in shock over this. I’m contacting local tv media. Maybe if they put my story on tv others will be warned not to ever go to this spa!

Started with bellman telling me I could not use a suitcase cart that they only could use them when my wife has a broken leg. Checkin is 4pm most pools close at 5 checkout is 11 and most pools open at 10. You have to stay more than one day to use pools and when you check in they make sure to tell you at 11 you are no longer a guest and cannot use facilities. Minimum at the blackjack tables is $20 a hand. Overpriced and a terrible experience from the moment I stepped foot on the property. Absolutely hated my stay here I will never come back amd will tell everyone what a joke this place is.

After months of sheltering in Place and and practicing social distancing, I wanted to go out and if possible be treated to a wonderful experience and cheerful service. Ashley delivered as if she came from a planet that never experienced a cloud in the sky. She was professional, charming and was just what we needed to leave this pandemic behind. The pool bad in the guitar hotel transforms you to a wonderful Place and the time passed with great conversation, wonderful cocktails and cheerful conversation with Ashley. Ashley’s service was five stars and the beginning of what I can only hope will be good times to come at this fine establishment!.
