I dont know where to start...Do yourselves a favour please do not book this. The reception is run by morons and the concierge makes you feel like a criminal. You also have to pay 12$ to park in the hotel car park!! We had booked for one night only and got a great deal from expedia. The room was clean...

We made it a point to stay at this hotel for the last nine out of ten years to visit friends that have relocated to the South Florida Area. In 2007 I have notice some nice changes from 2005. Some of the rooms have been painted and updated and they are planning to update and remodel the lobby. The staff...

Where do I start? First if you intend to drive and park there, it'll cost you $15/day, even though they give you a handout at check-in that says $12/day. Check-in went smoothly, we were able to check our bags with the concierge. (They got piled with all the other bags in the lobby) The corridors and lobby area don't look...

We booked this hotel thru our travel agent's recommendation and I have to wonder why she sends people to this property. I paid $250 for a room which should have gone for $125 tops. It is a rundown old property very badly decorated and in need of a major facelift. I agree with all the other comments about the smelly...

Well, I have to say, I've really learned that you get what you pay for. We paid $143/night, thinking this was a great deal, but this place was just awful. Might be a steal for January in Miami, but trust me, this place has guts charging that much. The good notes: check-in was easy and we had no issues. The...

We booked a suite at the property in August of 2007 via Ramada's 1-800 number. The agent had confirmed with us a suite on property for $99.00 for one night. Our flight arrived at 11:45am, we took a taxi to the property only a few minutes away. Just after noon I walked up to the front desk and attempted to...

We knew in advance that the hotel hadn't gotten the best reviews, but it was the only thing on the beach that wasn't $500 a night. So we took a chance. Let me say that it's okay for 1 night, but really after that, you may want to cough up the extra $$ for a better place. First of all,...

Room smelled, carpet was sticky to the touch, my eyes swelled up for 2 of the days. Housekeeping did not come for 2 of the days until repeated complaints finally got their attention. Waste baskets were not emptied etc. Housekeeping complained to me that they were overworked.

Could not believe how nice the room was for the money I spent. OK the hallway was tired and the front desk staff wasn't always on top of it (but friendly). But the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the internet was free and the kitchenette was really nice. Gas range, large fridge and utensils, pots, dishes and wineglasses...
