Stayed there several times over the last few years. When I went to book the same week at the end of September this year and the price for 2017 has gone up 50% over last year. Ouch! How can they justify that kind of increase?
We stayed here with a last minute reservation since we were coming into town on spring break and needed a place to stay. We booked directly from an owner rather than thru the condominium which saved us some money. The location is great and the...More
Wonderful 1 bedroom. 1 1/2 bathrooms with balcony access from bedroom and living room. Spectacular views of white sand beach and a heated pool. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Will be back.

Yes, "free beach service" means that the property has arranged to have sets of beach chairs (2 per set) and an umbrella (1 per set) placed beachside in the morning and put away in the evening. The chairs and umbrella are provided on a first-come, first-served basis; but be aware that all condominium units in a particular property may not subscribe to the service, and thus the service may not be available to occupants of that unit. The unit we rented at Nautilus (1206) did not subscribe so, technically speaking, we could not use the "free beach service" on the beach frontage of that property.
