I've stayed perhaps 7 times at this resort (or Alcazar/Villa Venice) over the past 4 years. Always a laid-back great time. Love the Sat happy hour 4:30-6pm, with tips to charity. They've recently worked on updating 2 main floor Worthington rooms. Note that the nearby construction noise (a block or so away) that seemed to last for 6 months is...

We return to the Worthington every time we are in Fort Lauderdale. The employees are beyond friendly and always greet everyone with a smile. The rooms are clean. The bed comfortable, and the pools clean. The variety of men is always welcoming and I truly enjoy the addition of the third resort to the complex. Be sure to check out...

Visited in early December. The weather was rainy but I got nothing but sunshine from the staff at the Worthington! Clean rooms, plentiful towels, convenient and delicious on-site café are the norm. Visited other guesthouses in the area and nothing compares to the Worthington. Saw some of the other rooms in the attached Villa Venice and Alcazar and found them...

Just returned from my 9th stay at this resort in as many years. The amenities and staff are top notch! Although the weather did not cooperate for most of our stay we still had an amazing time. Always a nice assortment of US and World travelers. The new Café offers great lunch options brought to you poolside. The Saturday Happy...

Found the Worthington on Facebook and knew I had to visit. This was my first visit to Ft Lauderdale since coming out last year. I was impressed with the landscaping of the grounds, the friendliness of the staff, the reasonable price, the comfy bed and the location near the beach. I stayed for 4 nights, no longer a Worthington virgin!...

Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed both nights. We had a room that had a kitchen, living room and a bedroom located just above the office. Really liked the ability to get some groceries and have lunch or dinner on site. Everyone was friendly and sociable. Easy to make new friends. I'm glad that all 3 properties are accessible to...

My partner and I just returned from a trip to Fort Lauderdale which included a 5 night stay here. Being that this this is our 5th time staying here, we obviously love it. The staff are always friendly, the grounds are well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We always enjoy meeting guys of all ages from all...

I give this property three stars not because of the staff (who are friendly) or my room (which was clean with a comfy bed). The price was also correct. My biggest issue had to do with the maintenance of the public spaces. I feel that the pool areas, walkways, gates, landscaping and other areas are dirty and smudged. The pools...

This is a great place with lovely, large rooms and good service. However, because it has no bar nor entertainment, except the 1,5-hour Saturday happy hour, it is a bit dull and difficult to socialize with other guests. Having stayed at other hotels where there are activities and a natural meeting point around a bar, the Worthington was disappointing. Since...
